Purchasing shoes was easy though there is lots of choice so selecting them was quite tricky.
Delivery into the UK was delayed, and being asked to provide a review before they had arrived in the UK was annoying. Better shipment tracking would have helped. (approx 2 weeks from order to delivery)
I've nearly worn the soles out in 7 months (they do a lot of work!), and they're still comfortable. Next test will be the repair service!

Walked into the store to feel very welcome and to look at the sofas ourselves until assistant was needed. This was great as there is nothing worse than being over fed about details and in store events as soon as you walk in the store. Found the sofa we loved and were given all details needed. Mark talked us through finance options, discounts, colours and fabrics which was great in order to find the perfect purchase for us, and stayed after closing time to complete the order - very quick and easy process
