Purchasing shoes was easy though there is lots of choice so selecting them was quite tricky.
Delivery into the UK was delayed, and being asked to provide a review before they had arrived in the UK was annoying. Better shipment tracking would have helped. (approx 2 weeks from order to delivery)
I've nearly worn the soles out in 7 months (they do a lot of work!), and they're still comfortable. Next test will be the repair service!
