Tried to book a table for the second…

Tried to book a table for the second time now and was told to ring back as they were too busy to take my booking . Doesnt bode well if you can’t even find crime to take a reservation or have a person at the front of house to do this

Not good at all

Not good. Have no signal in the house so mobile calls drop out. WiFi is intermittent. Really poor.

Thank you for replying. We have the Hub 3 but your virgin connect app doesn't work.

The hub is out in the open with no fish tanks, phones or concrete nearby . Still having problems

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we are sorry to hear you are having an issue with your WiFi connection.

There are so many things that can influence a WiFi connection some of which include but are not limited to, a fish tank being in the same room, walls being built with concrete instead of brick, it could even be that your next-door neighbour’s router is interfering with yours. Due to this, we are only able to offer limited help. Please have a look here: https://virg.in/wifisos

The Hub's location could also be causing the coverage problem, so we do need to check the positioning of it. Can you please ensure the following

Out in the open
Next to the TV not behind it
Away from large bodies of water (e.g., fish tanks)
Away from baby monitors and cordless phones
Away from microwaves

Think of the Hub as a radio, and WiFi as the sound - the further away you are from the radio, or the more obstacles that are in the way (walls, electronic devices etc.), the quieter the radio & the poorer the WiFi.

Never ever use - take your money

The most appalling customer service ever received.

Do not use this company.

After staying at a hotel booked through booking.com we complained about the dirty swimming pool which causes by young son a penis infection and drunk guests who kept us up all night and were littered on the couches in reception the next morning.

Hotel agreed refund but had to go through booking . Com ... Thy have failed to refund me after 2 months. They told me to send screenshots of my bank accounts and PayPal account to prove refumd had not gone in this breaching gdpr and then we're rude and lied on numerous occasions.

BEWARE .... NEVER EVER USE THEM TO BOOK A HOLIDAY

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service - never use - left a pregnant lady with a toddler without hot water or heating for 6 days !!!!! then stated this was acceptable - passed to their subcontracting company LIMEmegency. Completely incompetent passed from pillar to post across 6 different representatives - ended up having to ring up gas fixers ourselves and giving the company the details in order to get the boiler fixed !!!! NEVER USE - shocking customer service.

Thanks for your reply Georgia but as I've already said ....I have had the reply back from LIM emergency stating they think it's acceptable to leave a pregnant woman and her toddler without any heating or hot water for nearly a week. As to policy expert they have not replied to me except to say limemergency are dealing with the complaint. Appalling !!!!

You are happy to take our money and make that process very easy and simple but as I can see from your other poor reviews as soon as a claim is made you do everything in your power to not pay out. Especially to the elderly as it seems from threads of emails on trustpilot and other reviewing companies.

Thanks Georgia but like Ive already said twice ...... They have already replied saying that this it is completely acceptable to wait 6 days for hot water and heating and allow your customers to do the work for you having to call round companies to see if they have a gas part to fit..... obviously makes no difference if pregnant or have a toddler that you need to wash every day !!!

They were happy to close the complaint - I beg to question if the shoe was on the other foot they would be happy with this service !!!

cat scratching post and cat food ordered

It has now been three weeks and I am still waiting for my delivery to arrive - very poor service and no reply from the company explaining delay. My poor cat would have starved at this rate !!!!!!. Very disappointed - lets hope the delivery arrives in this lifetime
