The dress recived measured 3 sizes smaller than the size guide on their website, the material is of very poor quality and does not compare in any way to the pictures on their website, total scam, they do not answer any correspondence in regards to returning the item. The company although taking your money somewhere in Surrey GB they are actually based in China, I have now turned to my credit card company to get me a refund. Total waste of time and money. If it looks too good to be true then it is and this company certainly is, TOTAL SCAM, THEIVES, CON MEN/WOMEN.

I finally received my dress 20 days after ordering. The material is so so cheap, it is also not a product you will describe as "maternity dress" , it didn't even fit over my shoulders and I ordered 2 sizes up! Absolutely false advertisement!
I have tried to contact them via the website chat as I'm unsure of any other way? And for 2 days now all they keep saying is to send them a picture..
After reading these reviews I have put in a dispute and I will be taking it further to get my full refund.
This is a terrible fraudulent website and I wouldnt even rate it 1 star.

Ordered a maternity dress as I'm 6 months pregnant and it's not suitable for maternity material is crap, poorly made, tool ages to be delivered. Only when I went to return found out it was from China, they offered a refund if I returned it at my cost or to getv50% back...I accepted the 50% as thought it was better then nothing. But still not got that either even though they keep telling me they have refunded me. They haven't.
Thats nearly £40 lost. For a dress that is not fit for purpose. Please boycot them as they shouldn't be allowed to trade!!!

This dress I bought looks nothing like the picture!! Do not trust this website its fake!! It took nearly a month to come, material is cheap and see through!! Will be contacting my bank for a refund as i doubt they will even get back to me, i only just found out they ship it from China and don’t trust the reviews on the website!! After ordering what I can only describe as a pile of crap , I did my research
Firstly what ever you order and are likely to return, the postage will be extortionate so you are unlikely to bother (this is what they want you to do)
Secondly the return address is invalid it is likely the mail company will not take the parcel .
More importantly they cannot return funds if they haven’t received the item , ??
Anyway after some research I put together this email . I’m not the most academic so please excuse my spelling and literacy.

Have all stated that the address is wrong , after speaking to other customers it seems you are fully aware of this and in fact this is a deliberate attempt to scam people, with unsuitable damaged unsaleable inadequate goods .
You have deliberately given an incorrect address therefore no goods are received by yourself . So as to avoid refunds .
I will now be lodging a complaint with the federal trade commission and in addition will moving to claim compensation through the Chinese chamber of commerce in both London and China .
I will contact all previous customers and there are thousands to join with me in order to take out a lawsuit against this company the directors and secretary .
I will then Pursue all CEO share holders / directors for compensations for all customers that have been scammed and given false information.
This will be done in London and China .
All records of reviews and customer complaints will be published on all social media platforms and throughout government facilities where available.
I will do my upmost to claim every penny for every customer .
I therefore request that all monies are returned to my account immediately and without further complication .
Should you be unwilling to do so or it is not in my account with 48hrs
Please take this email as formal notification of my intention .

Ordered a maternity dress for a wedding - arrived nothing like the images. Fit was terrible and material cheap. Started refund process which seemed relatively easy. Cost me £15.58 to return (the dress was £24.02) choices were either return for full refund or get 10% of the cost back!!! I left this a while and emailed to say I’d not received my return, was told I’d get the money back in 1-3 working days… a week later nothing. Emailed again - asked me to resend proof of return receipts - done that.
Do not order from here - I’ve spent more on this ridiculous dress that I don’t even have and have not received a penny back!!
Avoid at all costs - con artists!

I have to send "an accurate SKU" code for 100% refund but can't find it on my confirmation email. Can anyone tell me where I can find it. I only have an Invoice number and transaction code. Thanks

Ordered 3 dresses for a maternity Photoshoot, all absolutely terrible. All made from cheap material, don’t look anything like they do on the pictures and none of them fit. On their website it’s full of 5 star reviews (clearly all fake now I’ve come on here). I have emailed asking for a refund but I never received a confirmation email with an order number, and no returns label in the parcel. They keep saying they can’t find my order on the system. Surely you could just search my name and address???

Well it’s a good job I purchased on my credit card who are now launching an investigation, and it means I don’t have to pay for the items.

Never buy from this site. My dress came about 3 weeks late and it was awful, the quality of the dress was horrendous and it looked like it was made with very cheap material. I emailed asking for a return label and of course they ignored and haven’t sent me one!!!!!

Paid £12.99 for express delivery which they state is 3-7 days and I received my order 15 days after processing.

All they can say is:
Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time. Preparing Time: we need 3-7 working days (Mon-Fri) to prepare your order at this moment for busy season. Shipping Time: it depends on the shipping method you choose and it's as working days (Mon-Fri), excludes processing time.

They do not make this clear when ordering from them!

I asked for a full refund including my shipping costs and I asked for return to be covered - the reply was below:

We could give two ways to deal with the problem.
1 ) If you will return, we could make full refund for the returned items, but we could not give you return shipping compensation. ( This shipping fee is not our responsibilities and obligations.）
2 ) If you could keep this order, as compensation, we would refund 25% to you, because if you return this item, it will spend quite a lot of time and money on the return shipping. And you could present or sell it to others

Whatever you do do not order from this company - unprofessional and the dresses were no better quality than - £16 dress I had from boohoo!

Took 3 weeks to arrive, on emailing them to ask for a refund the only response I keep getting is just wait it’s coming.

Paid for express shipping (£14) website says 3-7 days. That was over a month ago. After complaining and asking for a full refund have been told 3 times to just wait patiently. DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEYRE INCOMPETENT AT BEST AND FRAUDULENT AT WORST.

Awful, Trading Standards should close it down. Delivery took months, the dungarees weren’t fit for purpose- badly made and made out of the nastiest, cheap synthetic fabric imaginable. Do not use this site! Tried to get a refund but they ignored me.

Scam website, ordered a month ago and I am still waiting for my order. I emailed and was asked to check with the post office after I was informed that my parcel has been sent with hermes and was given a tracking number. I have asked for my money back and was informed to be patient that my parcel is on its way. It has been a month now and it is still on its way.

The shipping took ages. My items arrived roughly after 6 weeks instead of 15 days as paid. I tried to return it but they don't cover shipping costs back to China which is more than the value of the items I bought! I don't recommend this website!

Do not buy.

Ready had experience. Took 6 weeks to receive my order and dress was nowhere near the quality on the photos. It was cheap material and poorly sewn pattern, my breasts are falling out of it but the back can't be zipped properly. When asked customer services about delay they just replied they are experiencing large volume no confirmation of when would I received it instead of 5-15 days circuit promised. When tried to send review they don't take them, they have 5 star reviews only but not posting the ones that are worse...

This website is a scam. I wish I had the option to rate them 0 stars. I ordered 3 items - total of £65. I was emailed a fake Hermes tracking number and have never received my order (it’s been a month). They do not reply to emails. Avoid this website.
