Very rude and prejudice against the colour of your skin when they know you’re a different colour they will not accept you I have tried for 6 months and they never let you in just because of the colour of my skin always rude when I speak two them on the phone or I even went in person and my friend said they ring and got a table so I then understood they are prejudiced

Tried to book a table for the second time now and was told to ring back as they were too busy to take my booking . Doesnt bode well if you can’t even find crime to take a reservation or have a person at the front of house to do this

Booked a table at what was once our favourite restaurant to celebrate our wedding
anniversary. 2 years ago, we had cause to complain about a rude and discourteous waiter. I have numerous emails apologising and assuring us that he would be taken off front of house duties until he met their high standards. We have been back several times since with no issues. However last night we had the misfortune of being seated by this waiter again. My first annoyance was the fact that instead of going behind me to place my side plate, he just leant straight across me with his arm in my face. He then took our order.my wife ordered her favourite go-to meal but got the words round the wrong way. He belittled her by looking at her and corrected what she was ordering We asked for a green salad but asked that it contains no Rocket as neither of us like it
Our meals were served by lovely staff and were constantly asked if we required further drinks etc, As our mains were served, the salad was put in front of us, full of Rocket, and for the 1st time since taking the order, he was standing behind the waitress. We refused the dish, and it was duly replaced At the end of the meal, the manager asked if everything was OK and I told him it was not. I relayed what had happened and the fact that this same waiter was supposed to have been retrained/ disciplined for the exact same thing from a previous visit, #Rocketgate, only the other time he held a bottle of water against my face when I asked if it was chilled. The manager apologised, but as we were leaving, he attempted to make excuses for his waiter, saying he's not a nasty man it was just his way. I replied if that's his way, then he shouldn't be in this profession, let alone front of house and that we will not be returning. Again the manager Georgio apologised and we left

Have been several times over the years. Always have a really great experience. The location is amazing, the restaurant is immaculate. Staff are friendly and attentive, they really can’t do enough for you. The food is impressive, we always know we will be getting a fabulous meal. It’s a real treat. We have booked a table for 3 again next month. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience waited 50 minutes for arrival drinks. Staff were rude at the bar complaining to us that they were under staffed? After our 3rd complaint we finally got a drink.... it was my first visit and my last visit to this establishment was mediocre at best. Never again avoid avoid avoid

Used to be a to-go italian food place in Aalborg. The last two visits been dissapointing. Only part of our order delivered, tasteles and not very attractive look of the food. The knifes are so blunt that I just gave up finishing my pizza.
