Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service - never use - left a pregnant lady with a toddler without hot water or heating for 6 days !!!!! then stated this was acceptable - passed to their subcontracting company LIMEmegency.  Completely incompetent passed from pillar to post across 6 different representatives - ended up having to ring up gas fixers ourselves and giving the company the details in order to get the boiler fixed !!!! NEVER USE  - shocking customer service.
Thanks for your reply Georgia but as I've already said ....I have had the reply back from LIM emergency stating they think it's acceptable to leave a pregnant woman and her toddler without any heating or hot water for nearly a week. As to policy expert they have not replied to me except to say limemergency are dealing with the complaint. Appalling !!!!
You are happy to take our money and make that process very easy and simple but as I can see from your other poor reviews as soon as a claim is made you do everything in your power to not pay out. Especially to the elderly as it seems from threads of emails on trustpilot and other reviewing companies.
Thanks Georgia but like Ive already said twice ...... They have already replied saying that this it is completely acceptable to wait 6 days for hot water and heating and allow your customers to do the work for you having to call round companies to see if they have a gas part to fit..... obviously makes no difference if pregnant or have a toddler that you need to wash every day !!! 
They were happy to close the complaint - I beg to question if the shoe was on the other foot they would  be happy with this service !!!
