We booked several guided tours in Rome and Milan, plus left luggage in Rome. All experiences very positive. Guided well informed and helpful, the Sistine Chapel one smashed her target by getting us in by 9:15 to a very thinly populated chapel

The installation itself was great and the machine is so much quieter than the one it replaced. Door fits beautifully and all stays in place. All rubbish tidied away and good.

The kickboard had been cut to fit the old one and would not fit the new one. The foreman did offer to cut it with his jigsaw at my risk but wasn't very encouraging about that so we left it and my handy brother cut it later.

Painless delivery of samples, now need to measure up and order!

A local car supermarket snapped up the car. They got me to drive it in for an extra £50.

The garage took ages checking it over but then paid up very promptly.

Many hire firms in Spain require a UK IDP apparently, although it is not a legal requirement. The support team reached out to Enterprise to confirm this. Nicole was the support person.

Darren has been to us twice now, first for the bedroom and now for the downstairs windows. Always smiling, efficient and right first time. Excellent service and also from Lynne the administrator.

Sheets took a little while to arrive but were perfectly sized and are still holding up the various shoes and boxes that I needed them for. Could have done with a little chamfering for that final touch but very pleased overall

Very pleased with our new kitchen. There were a few chips on the various cupboard doors, and some of the shelves were drilled wrongly. We had no joy with the centralized customer service system, but we contacted our sales person and his manager was very quick to get us sorted.

Pretty good, they go over the bodywork with a very fine toothcomb and then knock you down from the website price on what they find.

Website a bit strange, it did not seem to accept my order until I requested a phone call, then the email came through.
The cushion arrived very quickly in the post after that.
I have to admit that I was very disappointed in the support, it really is not much better than a rolled up cushion.

One chip was faulty but after much swapping established that the one good chip worked with the old one. Very painless return and refund. Windows 10 tried to tell me there were problems with the disk, so maybe a note to the effect that memory failure can cause all sorts of strange symptoms would be useful.

Got a phone call explaining the may be a delay for the bank holiday. In fact there was no delay. Ordering 12 more!
