Can you imagine how many sales they lose, by underinvesting in these crucial functions? Not good.

When ordering, there is a facility to leave any special instructions. Their website stated that they can send you an email preview of the design to enable you to approve it before production, so I requested that they should do this. No email was sent. When I emailed to query this, I got a response saying the product would be despatched the next day and there was no mention of the preview. I emailed again to ask about the preview - absolutely no response whatsoever So if I had been unhappy with the end design, that apparently was my tough luck in spite of their promises of previews on the website.
There are other company's offering the same product, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
