We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been satisfactory.
As part of our ongoing efforts to resolve the issue, we kindly ask that you provide a video showing the product in situ, as well as the window space. Please ensure a tape measure is visible in the video, clearly showing the measurements from point to point.
This will help us assess the situation accurately and allow us to move forward with an appropriate solution.
