BT are absolute junk, their broadband is like something from the Middle Ages and it’s costs an absolute fortune, honestly is everything British just absolute crap nowadays? We have been with BT for years and every time we have bother it’s supposedly down to the package, now we are on one of the top packages and guess what? It’s still crap and costing even more. Do not waste your time with BT, go with Virgin or pretty much anyone else other than BT because they really are the absolute worst of all.

Recently contacted Tentbox team for help regarding some questions on ordering and delivery etc, I have to say Laimonas answered all of my questions and gave me the advice I needed. We are really looking forward to ordering a Tentbox and although not really knowing the first thing about it, the guidance and help we were offered from Laimonas was very thorough and informative. Ordered a mixture of bespoke solid oak Victorian 4 panel (raised panel) doors, 7 of the 13’s top panels left blank for me to glaze and 1 was to be made half size for a cupboard (only 2 panel) the other 5 fully panelled. I asked if I could have 40mm thickness rather than the websites 35mm and also in all the various sizes I needed. Well nothing seemed too much trouble from ordering, the gentleman who was dealing with me was called William and his communication was perfect. The doors were ordered in May and I was informed that they would take around 4-6 months, I then received a mail in October saying they were ready to be delivered. I was away for a month and the delivery was put on hold until my return. The delivery arrived with perfectly packaged doors and I began opening them to check and stacking flat, I couldn’t believe the quality of these doors. They were absolutely perfect and not a thing wrong or out of place, they looked stunning and after two weeks of coating, sanding between coats and buffing they look unbelievable. I have to say spending over seven and a half thousand pounds back in May did leave me wondering back then if I’d done the right thing, nowadays there are more orders leave a bad taste in the mouth now than ever and it’s often difficult to get anything that’s not damaged or how you’d expect but that hasn’t been the case. I couldn’t find solid oak doors anywhere in the UK until I discovered UK Oak Doors, I am so pleased with the flawless impeccable service from start to finish. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and every question was answered, William was absolutely brilliant and 100% professional. What a fantastic company.

I placed a large order of door furniture, when I came home I had 13 oak doors to prepare and fit plus a multitude of other things. I itemised handles, hinges, locks and fittings but unfortunately never counted the spindles, after 2weeks of working on doors I get to the last two and realised I was 2 spindles short. I wanted to order a few spares as it’s so difficult these days getting like for like when styles change so fast, so I also needed the spindles that were missing and contacted customer services. I was told that I should have checked this before and basically it was too late now, unfortunately I didn’t realise I would have to itemise everything even down to the last screws. I spent over £1200 and they missed out two spindles, the answer I got was that it was too late now. Well I still placed my second order which thankfully has turned up with everything present. It has made me realise how even the small businesses now have lost any form of customer relations, really wish I’d checked every single part and screw on the last order but wasn’t expecting the answer I received. Lastly, my first order was placed on the 29th Nov 2024 and never received a processed email until 23rd Dec 2024 near a month after ordering.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Ordered a mix of both frosted and clear glass for some new oak doors and I have to say it was perfect. So easy to order with the sizing, thickness, shape and type. The customer service was so efficient on answering my queries regarding the frosted glass, very responsive and very informative. Very reasonably priced and very speedy delivery, the glass was packed and protected to an extremely high standard. Fantastic price for Kitchen Aid pasta cutters and rollers, certainly not the first time I have ordered from Harts Of Stur and won’t be the last. The issue I do have was not Harts of Stur but actually Kitchen Aid themselves, the spaghetti cutter was faulty due to parts of the mechanism inside which caused it to fail and had obviously been built faulty on the assembly line. Anyway after figuring out that this was the case and not my pasta dough thankfully I was able to disassemble the cutter and put back together correctly.

Fantastic personalised cards, so easy to do. Great assortment of further gifts, great prices and discounts. Really hassle free ordering, still have to receive the parcel and cards but I did order at Christmas last year which never arrived however a replacement was in the post very next day so past experience was exceptional and I’m expecting that level of service to be the same now. Moonpig has to be one of the best online services available, just excellent.

We have just ordered Bespoke solid oak doors and I must say so far the experience has been second to none. William James helped us endlessly throughout the ordering, he changed the quotation to suit our needs and nothing seemed to be too much trouble even replying to emails I had sent well after working hours. If the quality and delivery is anything as good as Williams customer support then we will be very pleased.

Recently opened an account, did my first post and then spent all day trying to find it. It was found in the inactive posts with the word "removed" so tried to find out how this might happen and then created another post completely reworded. again the same result so I contacted through the live chat, I was informed that it would be looked into. It wasn't, so I started another post again rewording and being extremely cautious whilst reviewing the terms of use. Again the same outcome so I contacted through the live chat again and was told I would receive an email explaining, it certainly did not explain and very abruptly told me that I was never to post again and the the matter is now considered closed. what kind of response is that and how unfair considering they never even explained to my why this had ended in this way. I contacted again through live chat to see if I could get some answers and was basically told there was nothing they could do and no answers or explanation, I said "so where do I go from here" I said should i then delete my account and the answer i received was nothing more then YES. I am absolutely disgusted in the way this website treats people, if this is their attitude towards genuine people trying to sell a caravan then I am really sickened by them. They didn't even have the common decency to explain the situation to me and instead treated me like some kind of criminal. I will never end telling people the truth about gumtree and the way I have been treated.
