Been shopping at HMV for years and just love it, I do try to purchase most items from the store but occasionally use the online service. There’s a store in the city of Dundee and I can never go to Dundee without going in the store. This is the last recognised record store in the country and I hope we have it for many years to come. I do like downloading from time to time but regardless I always buy vinyl, CD’s and DVD’s from HMV and will continue to do so for as long as there is a store. The fact that vinyl has made a second appearance is fantastic and hopefully the younger generation can see the attraction of this and get the same exciting feeling you get buying something you can hold, play and look at as previous generations have had. Long may HMV be with us and I would strongly recommend to anyone whether a music lover or not just visit the store and keep this valuable high street shop alive.

Ordered two jackets for over £300 on the 23rd of November, I was informed 2-4 day delivery. The parcel was awaiting collection at Borehamwood service centre 12:00am on 26th of November. I checked the delivery status regular and found no change so contacted customer services on the 3rd of December.
I was assured that I would still receive the parcel and should this change I would be refunded.
I received an email with a form to fill in as proof, I explained I had no access to a printer and that I should not be expected to do anything in order to be refunded. I waited a further two days with no communication and therefore contacted them again on the 5th. I received an email informing me that they had located the parcel with the delivery company, it had been damaged and this is the reason why it had not been sent. I said I just wanted to be refunded and forget the whole dreadful experience. Again I was requested to fill out the form in order to be refunded, I explained again that I have no access to a printer. I explained that they have informed me of the parcels location and that it wasn’t being sent due to damage, i said therefore there is no reason why I need to supply proof of a delivery failure.
Again I received another email explaining that it was a legal process and that the form must be printed off, filled out and sent to them. I still have not been refunded and have no other option but to use my card insurance through my bank to bet my refund. I can’t believe the amount of horrendous reviews on here with regards to northface, I really wish I had looked at this before and it would have prevented me from using them in the first place. I can’t believe a company like this would treat there customers so badly, they should be stopped from selling online. It’s companies like this that give online shopping a bad name, a company that should know better considering there items are so expensive.

Just Kampers deserve five stars for their five star stock, their five star customer service and five star super sonic speed delivery service. have used them in the past and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Great tool centre to deal with and trouble free super fast delivery

As always very professional, delivery very fast and order carried out swiftly. Axminster are always a pleasure to deal with in every way, part of my order was on a back order due to stock levels which showed that I wouldn't receive this part until the next week yet it arrived a couple of days later. There service is second to none and the range of tools and expertise they hold is vast, never have any problems with axminster and will always use them over any other tool company.

Easy to navigate website with many payment options available, found exactly what I was looking for and product was delivered very efficiently. Would not hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend. The product I purchased was a discontinued line and was told by another retailer that I would have to pick something else, I found "bathroom shop" after searching online and managed to source the same product which was apparently "discontinued" no complaints whatsoever.
