Awful service - this company is appalling

This company is appalling! Ordered bed from sleep beds and was given delivery date by Zenith which they later cancelled. When they came the following week one guy did all the lifting and carrying while the other was in the phone the whole time. There was a problem with the headboard so sleep beds agreed to send out a new one. I was told it would be delivered today between 9-11 but it never arrived the tracking says it is still awaiting a delivery date and has only been dispatched not prossessed. I have been trying all day to contact both Zenith and Sleep beds but neither is answering the phone or responding to my emails. This is no way to treat paying customers I wish I had seen the other reviews before buying.

Still waiting for a refund for a broken…

Still waiting for a refund for a broken item since 29th November. I have had numerous emails going back and forth but still no refund. After my last review on here where someone responded saying they would contact me to solve the problem they emailed me but wouldn’t do anything because it already had a case number and them getting involved would confuse things and promised it would be resolved asap. Still waiting appalling customer service.

Appalling customer service.

I have been waiting since 29th November for a refund for a broken item and the problem has still not been rectified.

Appalling

I ordered an electric fire suite and received an email on 10/6/15 to say it had been despatched and would be delivered within 3 days. I phoned later that week as not arrived and told they would do nothing for 15 working days. Yodel eventually came to deliver on 18th but I was out. I phoned and rearranged delivery for 20th yodel didn't turn up rearranged again for 24th had to take day off no pay still no delivery! Rearranged for 27th again yodel failed to turn up. After each failed delivery I phone studio who were of no help whatsoever told me they wouldn't even look into it until I had given them 15 days wouldn't even phone yodel to sort the problem. In the end I had to hire someone to collect it from the depot costing me £15. When the fire was unpacked it had a great dent out of it right on the front. I phoned studio and said I wanted to return it and because of the trouble with delivery I didn't want it replaced. They said yodel would collect within 24 hours. That was on the 25th June and I'm still waiting. I have phoned studio 4 times and each time they will do nothing other than rearrange another collection which is a waste of time as yodel seem to ignore them. I lost my patience on Friday and went mad to customer services but it was as if she was a robot she just kept saying I had to give her a day I'd be available for the collection but not the weekend. I kept telling her I work all week and was not prepared to keep having to make arrangements when yodel didn't turn up. I asked her to phone yodel and find out the problem to which she said they didn't have a number for yodel and can only contact them by email but that yodel never reply to them! I then asked to speak to a manager but was told one wasn't available so I asked for the phone number of head office and was told they didn't have a phone number for head office I would have to write to them. She said she had arranged for collection for today and guess what -still no collection. This company is appalling and shouldn't be allowed to trade!
