Lovely team and beautiful jewellery

This is the second ring I've had through Ashes with Art. I needed a toe ring and they were more than happy to make something bespoke. The first experience was handled so kindly and sensitively that I didn't even entertain any other company when Mum died. They talked me through everything as often as I needed. Both rings are absolutely stunning, really well made and are comfortable to wear all the time. I genuinely could not recommend them enough

Shower fitting

We needed a new shower fitting as ours was possessed! I used Checkatrade and found Highfield, sent them a message and within 24 hours I had a call from the lovely, cheery Sarah. She booked us in for a couple of days later with Martin who came to us, exactly as planned, and sorted it all really quickly and without any fuss. The price was also really good. I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again at all.

Exceptional

I put an order in and got an email a day later saying the sizings I'd submitted may not work, and offering solutions. I was really grateful they didn't just accept it, knowing it could be problematic. After a number of really helpful email exchanges with Alex, we got what we needed. Delivery was really good and it's already making a difference to the warmth in the room. I would absolutely use these guys again

I love Toucanbox

I love Toucanbox, I gifted it to two small folk art the start of the pandemic and it was (in their Mums words) a godsend. The kids have really enjoyed them, and the quality of the boxes has consistently been great. On top of this, the customer service is second to none.... I've only needed to use it once but they were responsive, helpful and personable. I'd really recommend Toucanbox for a little gift for your kids each month!

No tickets sent

Terrible service - I bought tickets to the Beautiful Days festival. 24 hours before the event starts no tickets have arrived and the tracking system says they are yet to be dispatched. See Tickets advise you to contact them if you haven't received tickets 2 days prior but then say they will reply within 28 days. I emailed more than 2 days prior and haven't received a reply. Really diabolical.

Helen worked on the sale of one property and purchase of another at the same time. She was incredibly easy to work with, actioning things pretty much immediately meaning the whole conveyancing was done quicker than we'd expected. We always felt kept updated and any queries we had were responded to efficiently. We'd have no hesitation at all in recommending Helen or working with her again.

Terrible

Terrible. Due to deliver 3 days ago, 2 out of 3 parcels delivered today with one lost. They wouldn't 'speak' to me, they'd only chat online and would only open a case (whatever that means) rather than actually try and find the parcel. They even asked me what it looked like (I don't know, I didn't send it) The advisor tried her best, the manager was awful. No flexibility, concern or customer service. Steer clear.

Good service from florists, not from deliverers

Communication and service from the florists was fabulous however Yodel didn't deliver on the promised date. Serenata responded to my concern over this immediately (and out of hours which was hugely impressive) and arranged a new bouquet to be delivered. The recipient has fed back that the flowers were beautiful so Serenata get 5 stars but Yodel aren't so great.

Ongoing - but not good so far

Expected a mattress delivery today - turned up on time, and the delivery guys were brilliant, but it was the wrong mattress. The delivery guys called it in as did we. The first chap in customer services said they'd call me back by midday. They didn't. I called them and was advised they couldn't find our mattress but someone would call me by 3. They said it definitely wouldn't be delivered today but could be delivered tomorrow. No-one called by 3 so we called them. They advised they'd re-deliver next week which I said was unacceptable as we weren't able to take another day off. I asked for a manager to look into it as was told there was no point me talking to a manager who'd say the same as the person I was speaking to. I asked why it was going to take so long as they had my purchase in their warehouse just this morning (only a few miles from our house), got put on hold and was then told they'd lost the mattress. The lady understood I was frustrated and agreed to chase and call me back. She called back to tell me she couldn't find it but was working on it, and said she'd call me back to update. She hasn't. So we have no mattress, and no idea if/when anyone will ever find it!! I've give 2 stars because there is still time for Panther to (partly) redeem themselves. As for comments regarding my custom being with the vendor - well yes it is. But Panther are accountable for their bit of the process. I'd love someone from Panther management to actually explain whats happened and how they plan to make sufficient changes to stop getting so many complaints.
