James Dean are brilliant - Especially Joe!

Having been a landlord for over 10 years, and had multiple agencies support with lettings over the years which has been challenging to say the least! James Dean have been fantastic - especially with competence, personality and professionalism! Joe H in particular has been an actual super star, and genuinely don't know what we would do with out him helping us with our properties and tenants.
Its been a tough ride recently, and Joe and the team have been engaging and displayed a honest and hard working approach as middle men to us and the tenants.

Calendar organisation in adavance is the let down for this service!

The service and functionality is good.
The recipes are ok/good. Just wish you could:
1) in advance block out when you don’t want a meal (holiday etc) to be organised because otherwise we forget and then get a box that’s wasted if we are away. It’s infuriating!
2) take out “vegetarian” options as a meat eater but it’s because we select high protein.

The calendar thing tho is making us want to cancel. So it’s good if you arnt very organised - but does really help with meal prep and decision making / eating healthy / loosing weight not over eating etc……

Just a money grabbing scam

Just a money grabbing scam.
While the content might be good, It was not made clear to me that after the introduction and charging me x2 lots £29.99 of fees that you would then take another £50 from me per month, absolutely awful!
The reason don’t do subscription companies online!

While we wait for your info, we’d like to clarify what may have happened: there were no intentional negative actions on our part. Liven operates on an auto-renewal model, and users are always informed about this during signup. When you completed the quiz, our app displayed subscription options with pricing, and the plan only started once you actively confirmed it and agreed to our terms of use. After activation, a confirmation email with all key details (subscription period, renewal dates, pricing, and login credentials) is always sent.

We believe that you likely activated the initial subscription at the introductory price and didn’t cancel it once that period ended. As a result, your subscription automatically renewed at the standard rate according to our auto-renewal policy. We’re very sorry if this caused confusion, and we hope to resolve this quickly and improve your experience

AVOID!

I signed up for the trial, but it signed me up for a £14.99 per week subscription apparently. I emailed as soon as it happened but no one got back to me, so they took another weeks payment and then said they won’t refund it. Absolute SCAM! The sketch doesn’t look like anyone, and it is a load of rubbish! Like most people on here, same thing about the subscription!
AVOID!!!!

The new website/App is AWFUL

The new website is AWFUL! You can barely see what is what, and if you need to see the summary of the journey they put so much information in it about the stations like cycles etc, that you cant screenshot it to have it as an itinerary. They make it so difficult and complicated to read! SIMPLYFY!

It opened someone else’s locker with a parcel already in it. Security wise that is incredibly dangerous and could have been a theft of someone else’s parcel. Luckily it had the option to say something was wrong but that shouldn’t be able to happen. Otherwise, really good service and glad we have them!

Can't praise enough!! BRAVO

Can not recommend and praise enough. I did the order yesterday, with three separate cards going to three separate people - but one coming back to me, and they have all been received already. so very impressed and the cards are great and so easy, didnt have to worry about getting the right card or getting stamps etc, and did it in literally half an hour for all of the,. Love you can add pictures and graphics now - WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Don't recommend them at all - AWFUL!

Don't recommend them at all - STAY AWAY from them! The refund policy is a joke, and you have to pay for returns out of your refunds, unless you stay credit with them - but since the clothes are so awful and none fit (either too big or too small in areas)! The clothes are cheap and the fits are not accurate at all, and then you have to pay for their inaccuracy! Don't both and go to SHEIN instead, at least you get free returns with them!

Accessible all the time!

Easy to use, parcels always fit - as have different sizes which i think is key, and can do it at any time of the day and night which is great for working hours 9-5 people as the post office is shut. Will be using again for sure!

Worst company in history for delivery and customer service! AVOID!!!

Worst company. They said it had been dispatched then Said it has been delivered - I didn’t receive it. Then I get a picture of it outside “my” front door - it wasn’t my front door or porch and now my package is lost and it was my mums personalised present that now is not going to be there for her bday. I absolutely despise this company and I tell everyone I know never to use you. Hate hate hate Hermes and they are the worst company for delivery. I might as well throw it in the bin instead of sending with you.

WORST delivery company I have ever seen!

WORST delivery company I have ever ever experienced!!! They do not treat you like a customer just a number. Template answers. Not chance to talk to anyone, has to be via email and never get the same person to talk to and they all give different answers whilst shirking responsibility at any given moments. Loose you parcel and then don’t take liability for it and then fob you off. Put you to the sender which because they don’t put what the item is is very he’s to track and if you can’t find the supplier Information then forget ever getting your parcel back!

A disgrace to customer service and a completely unacceptable business model.

DO NOT USE!!!!
