Very easy ordering process. Once I had bought the item I was kept informed at every stage of its transit and delivery by Fed Ex. The paperwork was also sent promptly and I had no cause to ask any questions.

Very helpful team who were willing to help. Saw what we wanted and completed the purchase very quickly. Good quality items and reasonable prices very happy.

Bought a Canary Islands palm from them through wowcher. The item was dispatched immediately by courier and arrived extremely quickly.

We were made welcome in the shop when we were looking for the appliance. We were unsure of the potential fit to replace our current item so they sent someone to measure our space. They also arranged for a gas fitter to come at the same time as delivery to fit the item. On the day of delivery everyone arrived together and the old item removed and taken away with the new item inserted all within an hour.

I ordered this and was kept informed of progress of my order. There was a problem with supply but I was kept informed and the delay was negligible. The package was delivered and the item was well packed which prevented any damage to it. The item appears to be well made and stylish. It gives off a good light and will be great to use on a summers evening in the garden.

We’ve had the fridge freezer now for a few weeks and it seems to be working well. It is situated in a garage which is subject to fluctuating temperatures. This does not seem to have affected the operation of the unit which was a major reason for buying it. So far so good.

This is the second one of these I have. They are great to add additional mood lighting to a space. The brightness is not too bright but it lights a dark corner. The one draw back is the length of time it takes to charge but once it’s done it will last about 8-10 hours.

Easy shopping ordering and paying. Products was available for delivery when I needed it. All completed quickly and effectively.

TG Green are traditional but they have moved with the times with their ordering and delivery system. Ordering was very easy and the item arrived in good time for Christmas. The item was a great hit and it is beautifully made.

Touch note are a great company and very reliable. I have used them for some years and have had no problems at all. The choice of cards is good and the ability to add your own photos is super. I have recently started using them for Christmas cards and they are posted immediately and arrive shortly after. I would recommend touchnote.

This is a great company. The coffee is excellent and there is a choice of strengths the website is easy to order from and the order is sent as soon as possible after. They seem to be a great team and I will continue to buy from them.

Once I had ordered the item it was sent the same day and delivered 24 hours later. Very quick and I was very pleased that using tracked 24 had worked.

I contacted Blomberg in order to register the new integrated fridge and freezer we had bought. It was easy to register as all the models were listed. The transaction was confirmed by email immediately.

The team were excellent and worked hard to get the job done. The solar panels were fitted within hours and the guys from Give Energy and Send it solar were really punctilious in their work. They left the front of the house clean and tidy and were a joy to have here.

I found the company on line and filled in their form on line. They came back almost immediately and made contact. I was sent a WhatsApp link and I forwarded some photos and the latest damp report. The advisor came back about 24 hours later with an offer that I accepted and we arranged a day and time for the team to collect the vehicle and transfer the money. The team (2) arrived on time as expected and carried out an inspection. An area of damp that wasn’t on the report was found and the offer was adjusted. I negotiated the price and we came to an agreement. The lead member of the team did the transfer via head office and the money was in my account before the van left. A very good system and a very good and efficient team. 4 stars given because of the need to negotiate the price. Be robust!

Once I got through all was completed very quickly. A very helpful advisor(Leanne) and we were signed up and the process started.

Home smart installation are excellent to do business with. The organisation was second to none and they did what they said they would to within the timescale. Very efficient team and great customer service.

Good experience shopping at Brewers. The website is easy to navigate and click what you want. Then it’s easy to pay and just wait for the email to tell you it’s ready to collect. On arrival at the store show your email and it’s all done in about 5 minutes.
