Autopay system is junk

I have had to setup autopay as they are now scamming people with the new blackwall tunnel charge. So i try to log in with my details saved by google.

The password has no reveal button so you will never know if you got it correct

Unlike any other website where you can use your email address as ID here you must use a code they picked a code they will mention in the setup email but never again on any other email.

When you cant log in you must then use their password rest but no simple email reset link you must provide security question answer which then dont work. Funny as my security answers haven't changed in the last 20 years then you arebanned from logging in for 30 minutes but that 30 minutes doesnt seem to ever end.

at the bottom it says call this number for help so you do after multiple button presses you are told the office is shut cheers.

My bank needs less security than this its a autopay it doesnt need to be this stupidly complex

no opening times on store locator

Went on their site to find a local store. Got the map up and i can click on a store and it shows details but no opening times. I then click on a link for branch details a new page opens with more details no opening times, I scroll down and find a 3rd link for opening times click am taken to a 3rd page that lists all opening times for all stores. Why not put it on the first page.

I want to email them i look for an option am offered emial about fraud or file a complaint. I click fill a complaint and am told to call them go in store or write to them. I joined them because they opened early closed late and opened on sundays and bank holiday all of which they no longer do. Just offer email as a contact option?

Not helpful at all if you dont have a GP if you do why bother

I don't have a GP and i got a bad case of gout over a week ago which is extremely painful. I filled out their questionnaire with lots of details including history of the issue the symptoms and the fact i had been diagnosed at A&E over a year ago. One section asked for proof like prescriptions etc which i did not have. I could have sent a photo of the issue but it did not ask for that. I even stated if i didn't get the order i would have to wait 5 hours in A&E again. Order was placed at 4.30 am payment was made and everything looked good. In the morning I went to bed at 10am and at 1pm they sent 4 emails to say my order was rejected. So a total waste of time. If i had a GP I wouldn't need the service in the first place. I'm not a moron i know exactly what Gout is as i have it and am in serious pain constantly so thanks for delaying a medication for even longer

skips gpay issues and works with motorbike gloves

Fantastic item.
I had an issue that was complex but the company really made an effort and got it sorted. I'm impressed.

Google pay wont accept face unlock. So often payments will crash if using face unlock. This was driving me nuts

This ring skips all that. It also doesn't get the moved too fast error either. I have tried it with knox covert gloves and it works great. Ideal when riding in the rain.

PROS:
great hidden form of payment.
Waterproof unlike most phones
works through gloves
Skips GPAY issues
perfect backup in case you forget/lose your wallet.

CONS:
The app requires a email address. If buying used you will need the original owners email to be able to change things over or it wont work.
It requires two apps to use the ring. A curve app and the ring app. Your existing card will probably not work without setting up curve

Its a real shame that the app doesn't allow you to reset the ring without email verification. It could ask for proof of purchase but at the moment their is no such option on the app.

They are knowingly commiting fraud.

5 years ago a friend got a certificate from honda for a 2002 GL1800 which he sent to ulez to exempt his bike. Now if i enter a reg of a 2002 GL1800 the website lies and says i must pay. It doesnt say check with honda it say i must pay. How many other owners of vehicles that are exempt that Ulez know are exempt are ULez charging for because they refuse to update their database. The Nox must be below 0.15 a 2002 is 0.03 from factory.

Now i want to buy a GL1800 i already know its exempt however honda take 10 days to supply the Certificate if its an import i have to pay £175 to prove its exempt. I emailed them asking how i can go about claiming the ulez charges back that i would pay while waiting for them to exempt my vehicle never mind how i should claim the £175 back I told them i know the bike is exempt.

1st reply was a letter telling me the ulez charges. i responded saying that wasnt what i asked for.
2nd reply was them asking for V5 details of the bike to confirm its exempt i responded again stating i know the bike is exempt im asking how i can go about refunds for ulez charges after they add my bike to the systme
3rd reply was again stating i must give my bike details for them to confirm it is exempt.
They literally have zero brain cells in their heads and are beyond useless

Over charged for 3 months then they threatend court if i dont pay

They asked for £963. I kept asking for what but couldn't get an answer.
Nov 13th they tried to send an email saying there was an error and adjustments would be made but they didn't send it just logged it on my file.

Nov 20th they sent a letter saying if i didn't pay they would take me to court. 7 days later i was told what the charges were for and that around £400 was overcharged. Since then they have not removed the amount the lady dealing with it seems disinterested and just makes excuses. It seems like there is no oversight so she just isn't doing it despite me constantly chasing it. I have paid off a large lump leaving close to the £400. I have also been told by hyde staff i should just pay it all??? Like i could trust they would give a refund at any speed?

I have called numerous times chasing this to no avail i started calling every day to no avail. The joke is you cant call the service charge team directly so you ask for a call back and then they dont bother.

17th of January they finally removed £483 i paid the remaining £77
21st of January they send another payment or £245. So now i have over paid by £245 and i cant get a refund before my next service charge swallows the balance.

In total on a £963 charge the error was £735 what a joke. It took 2 months to get told what it was and 3 months to have the error removed. constant calling and chasing did nothing

They closed my complaint without dealing with a third of it. Worst company ever

Got a stage 2 complaint final response. They said my complaint is now resolved and that compensation will be taken off my outstanding balance of £563 as i have made no payments in 5 weeks. The complaint was two things.


1. Repairs left for 1 year 8 months.
2. A large overcharge of unknown amount. They kept demanding i pay threatening me with court despite knowing there was an error. 3 months later they finally removed it after me constantly calling and emailing.

When i got the final response. I pointed out a third of my complaint was the error on my account leaving my account in arrears and she had not addressed that.
When i raised this she ignored it and doubled down saying that as my account was in arrears it would be paid to that.

I fully explained the whole thing in multiple emails asking he to retract the final response and deal with my issue. That was 5 days ago she ignored my emails and closed the complaint

This has lead to a new complaint about her and the whole situation. the original charge was £963 i paid £400 and was awaiting a final adjustment. They removed £486 i paid the remaining £77 leaving a zero balance then 3 days later they removed a further £245 so now im £245 in credit so i was never in arrears the error was £735.

Its actually insane that a complaint handler can ignore a large portion of your complaint and then ignore you raising the issue and then just close the complaint. She should be sacked she is not fit to do her job. Any normal person would have seen they had made an error and would have addressed it.

Its a joke how bad they are. Been chasing repairs for 1 year 8 months

Works from 1 year 8 months ago are also still outstanding with no date when they will be done. I raised a complait which they are about to close yet the works are still not done. Often Complaints and queries are closed with no comments added to explain why so you have no idea what is going on

£80 fine for parking a motorbike in a motorbike bay

Update: They had a certain time period to respond but didnt then told me due to an error the ticket has been cancelled but it wasnt due to the appeal. Guess they didnt want to goto court so waited out the time period

Parked in clarendon rise car park which has been free for motorbikes for years. Went and checked the main sign anyway to be sure. It had new tariffs for various vehicles but had no mention of charges for motorbikes. On my return i had a ticket. I then found on the main sign a small code for motorbikes but no other mention. In the motorbike area i found a sign 9ft up a lampost. The sign had a large code for cars and next to it taped on was a code half the size for motorbikes. There is a fence around the motorbike bay that could easily hold signs saying motorbikes must now pay but instead they hide the fact so they can issue fines to motorbikes. A motorbike is 80p an hour which wasn't on the main sign. I was in lewisham for 2 hours is it really possible i would avoid paying £1.60 for the chance to get a £80 fine. I have appealed it and made a complaint asking them to install clear signs. They said they uphold the ticket as there is visual proof on the photos that shows about motorbikes. The proof is so far up the lampost the picture they supplied cannot be read so i responded with no way and lets goto court.

CS is useless and items constantly delayed now

Ordered 9th due date was Friday 12th. It then showed as 26th. They said they would expedite it and i would get it on the 17th.
I contacted them again and asked why the date hadn't changed. I was told they would email me when it was dispatched. They finally told me the item is not in stock hence the delay i asked why it was still listed for sale. So the guy who said the 17th lied. CS staff should be sacked they are awful at their job. If someone asks a question then answer the question it shouldnt take 30 minutes to get a straight answer. Its now the 22nd and im attempting to cancel it as its not dispatched, yet they are now telling me i cant cancel it. CS said they will cancel it and send a note to the dispatch team and update my account but that hasnt happened. Now i need to have it refused. what a waste of time.

very inept and not helpful at all

I got a text in june saying i need to contact them about a debt??? Straight away thats pathetic behaviour. most people would delete the text thinking it is a scam and then would incur further charges. They could include details about the debt but they did not. i Have no idea how they got my phone number. Luckily i went online and got the details because they dont answer their phones. It was a pcn from november last year. I never got it as i had moved house. So it was now £205 plus a £75 charge from one source. I said i would appeal the PCN this required 2 seperate forms that needed to be counter signed by a court seriously? They said if i appealed it would take a while and they would add charges. eventually I asked to pay in installments and they said i needed to pay £100 a month which is a disgusting amount. Luckily i managed to borrow the full amount and pay them but for someone in seriously finical situations £100 a month would be impossible it should be £25 or similar what do they care they get their blood anyway. vile pathetic scumbags. They never answer the phone unless you select want to make a payment then they answer fast

£280 pcn for pushing a motorbike past a no motor vehicles sign

Went to corperation street in stratford nov 2023 to visit a friend who lives in the road. There used to be an open gate but instead there was two signs showing no motor vehicles. I got off my bike and pushed my bike forward 10ft and then rode to my friends. before november i had moved and updated my v5c a bit late. In june 2024 a debt company contacted me demanding £280 for a pcn. If i appealed i would have to send two seperate forms which would need to be signed by a court. The debt company said due to the time it takes the debt would go up. I called them today to ask for paymnet options and the only option was £100 a month??? So i had to borrow the money to pay it in full which has left me money issues. Apparently If i had ever received the PCN it would have been about £80 and i would have appealed it as i was not riding the bike but i have no option to pay £80 now. The road upto and beyond the sign i can use i just cant ride past the sign but i wasnt riding the bike. the two meanings i found is you can not ride or drive a vehicle past the sign and i didnt and no motor vehicles in the road ahead which is not correct. The debt company charge was about £75 yet the council could have got my details from the DVLA at a later date before instructing the company. Total scam especailly for my mate who lives 5 doors past the sign for the last 15 years and one day forgot and got a fine herself

never contacted for a year then they instruct debt collection. Back billing?

Paid a final bill of £132 1.6.23 never got a call email or text after. Jun 2024 LCS chase me for £92 outstanding so i paid. Turns out I actually owed £19.10 for a period from Dec 2022 to Apr 2023 they removed the £19.10 on the 18.6.24 and sent a statement showing 0. They were telling me to ask LCS for the £92 back. I asked them when they had tried to contact me in the last year and 3 months andthey hadn't. Eventually LCS sent the £92 on the 23.6.24 and eon reversed the £19.10 credit. This is back billing as they never contacted me for over a year but they claim it isn't?
Now i have to chase them for the £19.10 as they have said the have sent the rest to the payment department to refund. It took weeks of going in circles and im still not getting the full amount back.

Amazing repair service ruined by online chat agent

wed 24th sent my phone
thurs 25th said they are repairing it will take 2/3 days
tue 30th I contacted support with 2 questions will the phone be sent today and via what service as i urgently needed it for a yearly event on thursday. She kept ignoring the questions. It took 30 minutes to be told it would go DHL express and that i should wait 7 to 10 days. That was this morning. When i got to work the phone had arrived so they sent it back monday. really super impressed with the repair service it was so quick. Online agent was useless even claimed she called someone to check the status of the repair when she just checked the website instead as the phone was at this point already out for delivery to my work.

they didnt put correct address and then blamed me twice

They sent my parcel without the company name i provided. The Fedex driver didn't take the parcel and instead said it was refused by me. This led to me getting 3hrs sleep after a 12hr night shift getting up an hour early and riding an hour to the depot and 35 minutes to work for another 12hr shift. I paid £53 postage for that. How hard is it to get the address right. Good prices but doubt I will bother again after their response to my complaint.

6 days ago they responded saying i didn't give a company name i replied with a screenshot clearly showing the address and company name. Today they responded saying the address they use is the one in the address book and that address did not have a company name this is after me sending them a screenshot clearly showing i had supplied everything. Either they didn't bother reading the last email or think double down is the best response. terrible attitude

driver lied and customer service did nothing to help awful service

After a 12hr night shift At 07:58 my parcel showed as out for delivery at 07:59 my parcel showed as recipient refused. I called fedex at 8am got told they would send the depot a message. I emailed the sender they said they would chase it. A hour later tracking showed as at depot on time and on the way it was due by 12pm at 12:30pm i called fedex for a third time they said they would escalate it to the depot also for the third time they said there was no phone number for the depot. but gave me the address which i googled and there was the phone number. All customer service agents sounded indian so if they are in india maybe that why they didn't want to call the depot.
I called the depot and got a helpful lady and an answer straight away. The parcel was at the depot having never left because the sender had not put the company name so the driver didn't bother to take it and instead put refused by recipient. Had he selected incorrect address at least i would have known at 8am and could have addressed this. by now it was 1pm and the seller being in another country was closed so the address would not be updated today therefore wouldn't go out tomorrow. I then woke up early after 3 hours sleep and had to ride an hour to the depot and then 35 minutes back to work to start another 12hr security night shift.
CCTV at my building shows the driver never turned up. The driver should be sacked but fedex wont care that he lied and had I not chased it it would be likely eventually my parcel would be sent back without me knowing why.
Truly awful service that started out so fast but was totally let down by the driver lying. I'm actually getting another item by FedEx in the next week so now i seriously doubt I will get it. Thanks driver and useless customer service. Had CS called the depot at 8am i could have rode 35 minutes there got the parcel got home and still got 7 hours sleep. a lot of time and fuel wasted and i paid £53 delivery for that

An £77 a month service charge increase and complaints are slow to be resolved

It can take months of complaining to get things fixed. This year they want an extra £77 a month per flat a month no idea why. Windows are never cleaned yet we pay for the service. Outside windows are filthy but are locked so we can't clean them ourselves.

Front door lock has taken 3 months and a lot of chasing to get fixed after they took the wrong part away. I told them but they still replaced the part that wasnt broken. A contractor arrived and badly replaced the working receiver with a used part and cut a chunk out of the door. The lock is now due to be replaced on the 26th of june. A lock change takes 2 minutes so they could do a bit better but it appears they are working on it

He explained that he is awaiting a date from our repairs team to reattend and carry out further works to the door. No way to check stock except run round in circles

i visited the website to look at sleeping bags. After finding the one i wanted i looked at collection it came up currently unavailable. I need it for the weekend. I clicked on the click and collect page and at the bottom was told to find out stock availability contact customer services or my local store. I email customer services using the online form. under subject i pick check stock in stores. after i get an email telling me to contact my local stores and if i have a different query to contact them again????

So why tell me to contact customer services?
Why give me a option in subject for check store stock? why make me run in circles to try and find stock of an item and then i have to do your job and call all the stores? what a waste of time. I wrote back saying it wasnt great they replied telling me which local stores had stock so it ended ok
