Spring Acres

As a first time buyer I’ll be the first to admit I was clueless with the process and was overwhelmed. However, the team were amazing, specifically Ann McGarry. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and moreover, kind! She explained every step of the process to me and was supportive and kept in regular contact. She replied to emails promptly and helped calm the nerves when I was waiting for solicitors. Even on completion day the door had a bow on and she took the time to take photos of my son and I at the door. I am in no doubt that I would not be a home owner if I did not have her support and guidance. I will be forever grateful to the kindness she showed me. She truly is an incredible lady and an asset to Hyde.

Never in a million years did I think…

Never in a million years did I think I’d be writing a review after purchasing my first home, but here I am thanks to Nadia. She has been amazing from the very start, from my first visit, where she showed me around the properties available, right through to completion.

She gave me the space to think things over without pressure, and when I decided to go for it, she reassured me that the process would be straightforward. As a solo buyer on a low income, I had plenty of reservations, but Nadia’s support and confidence made such a difference. The process was unbelievably smooth, and she kept me updated every step of the way.

I can’t thank Nadia enough, and also Hyde, for giving people like me the chance to get onto the property ladder. This is a life-changing opportunity, and it wouldn’t have been possible without her guidance, patience, and kindness :)
