Don’t Try to use Bass Pro shops if you live in the UK

Bass pro shops still think that GB is in the EU. Little behind the times I think. However, tried to place an order to be delivered as a present in the USA but they would not accept my payment because my payment address was in the UK???
Basically don’t bother to use Bass Pro Shops if you are English….

Car delivered with only one key and not…

Car delivered with only one key and not particularly clean. And so it goes on. Week and a half later still nothing done about the second key. V5 logbook has now arrived registered in the wrong name. If I could give Cinch minus 5 stars i would. I would strongly advise that nobody should buy from this company!!!

Excellent Product, Price & Service

Ordered an 18-135mm Canon lens described as excellent, lens was actually like new. ordered at 4:45pm one day arrived by 11:00am the next day.
Couldn't be more happy with the whole transaction.

Whatever you do

Whatever you do, do not have their smart meters installed. They are not prepared for the technology and your account will end up in a right mess. Just switched away and they don’t have a clue how much they owe me. have had to go to the ombudsman to try and get it sorted. See my post from June 2019. Never got anywhere near sorted. Lots of “leave it with me”” yes I can See what’s wrong” emailed CEO didn’t make much difference as long as they owe you money they won’t care, My advice is as soon as you have a problem reduce your direct debit to £1 a month. Otherwise you will struggle to get your money back,,,

Hi Robin,

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had issues with your smart meter. Around 5% of the smart meters installed haven't been connected completely. There are various, complex errors that could have or occurred during the commissioning process, and we're investigating why these may happen and finding a fix. Although we cannot confirm at the moment which error your commissioning hit, but I'll explain the two most common ones:

The first error we are facing is connecting meters to the Home Area Network, which links the meters and the communications hub. If your meters fail to join this network we cannot communicate with them or receive their readings.

The second it uploading Bulb's security credentials onto the meter. If we're unable to upload our credentials, we leave the meter in a dumb mode for security reasons. We're working on remotely solving the root cause of these errors, and various other ones. Once we have a fix, we will attempt to remotely commission your smart meters, to resolve the issue from our end, without the need for another engineer to visit.

Expected my order in 6-8 working days, but it arrived after only 3 days. Excellent service, product exactly what I ordered and well protected in transit. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Don't even think about changing to…

Don't even think about changing to their smart meters. They don't work and they will screw up your account to the extent that you can't even enter your own meter readings.

The new second generation smart meters have unfortunately had a few problems, like with any new technology. This isn't an isolated issue with Bulb, and other energy suppliers are also facing the same problems. Always Reliable

Probably the easiest most user friendly delivery service around.
Very convenient, especially for me. I have a collect plus point 50yds from where I live and always chose this as an option when available so I don't have to wait in for deliveries.

Competitively priced and reliable service

I didn't realise when I ordered that the company was based in Spain and their name never came up before when searching for tennis equipment. However I was very please with the price of a quality Babolat bag compared to all the other big names in tennis goods. Also the delivery was prompt and traceable all along the line.
Will definitely use Smashinn again.
