Rung to book a last minute holiday

Rung to book a last minute holiday. Explained given it's last minute we are very open minded to the destination... only criteria is somewhere on the beach with a warm sea to swim in. Lady seemed very disinterested and when I told her my budget was £5- £6k for 7 day break, immediately told me she would not be able to find a holiday for that budget. This contradicts the Destinology website, false advertising, or lazy customer service??? On the phone for less than a minute, so at least didn't waste any time. Having booked a holiday with them last year to Dubai I did vow never to use them, but decided to try again.... Never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

EDITED: We did receive a full refund.

The product description is completely untrue. We purchased a BillyOh Pent shed. Poor quality does not sum it up, it is so terrible, and I am so upset that they will not sort this out. We have to pay to return the item, despite the fact they have totally misrepresented the product online. I stupidly trusted the reviews on their website, but in hindsight it is clear that the reviews relate to other products. It does not fit together, it will clearly leak water, there are no steel beams as per their description, and so on. Absolute joke of a company - I was told on the telephone that their Finance Department would call me to discuss collection without paying as the product description was so misleading, but we had no call and so back to communicating by email with their standard line of... we will refund if you pay for collection. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very rude and brusque manageress

My last experience at Clarks was so awful I will never shop here again. Having bought school shoes for my children for the last 10 years here, the last pair fell apart after a couple of months. I presumed that returning them would be straight forward.. but no. On my first visit the manager was very amenable regarding exchanging the shoes. I had to impress that I did not want the same pair (especially as a younger member of staff had said that a number had been returned - much to the disgust of the manager, which was quite amusing to watch - clearly the manager did not want this information to be shared!!). Anyhow, eventually it was agreed that we could order another pair of shoes as long as they are the same size - that was fine as he has clearly not outgrown the shoes, they were just faulty.The new shoes had to be ordered in, and it was the second visit to the store to collect the shoes that we were met by the same manager, who despite serving us only 3 days prior seemed to have no knowledge of us due to collect the shoes nor getting a refund on the faulty ones, which is what she advised me she would do! So we finally get to a point where we all understand what is happening, the manageress then starts to refund the NEW shoes. I asked her why she is not refunding the faulty shoes, which we are returning.. no she insists on refunding the shoes we are collecting. Given that the new shoes were cheaper, I felt unhappy that Clarks were penalising me for selling faulty shoes. The manageress got very angry and said on this occasion she would refund the shoes we are returning!! Am at a loss as to why get so angry at a customer, particularly when they are right :) But she could not seem to understand to credit the faulty shoes being returned. Once the shoes had finally been credited onto my card I asked her if that was everything as she never said another word. I was met with silence, so we left the store. It was only after we left I realised we still had the faulty shoes, and sent my son back into the store to drop them off. Very unnecessarily stressful and do not ever want to encounter the lady at that store again. The store is in Wilmslow

Pleased with the speed of my order

First Review In Feb: Pleased with the speed of my order. A couple of the roses look like they won't last too long. But overall the flowers are beautiful and I have managed to arrange them so that they look professional. Looking forward to next months.
Now I have had my second delivery I am hugely disappointed. The flowers are a bit battered and there was no guide or food as they claim you'll receive. Having spoken on the chat to Bloom and Wild they are pretty disinterested.
Wild and Bloom have since redeemed themselves.. much better customer service on messenger than their website chat. I was sent a new bunch of flowers, which were perfect.

Terrible Customer Service and…

Terrible Customer Service and Complaints Dept are a joke. Received a call from a guy in Santander's complaints team, after the catalogue of bad service I endured was escalated to him. His attitude was completely laughbale. On ending the phone call that was utterly futile, I told him I would look to move bank - he sounded positively smug. Not only had he NOT sorted my issue, but made it worse and he was happy for me to walk away. Surely cannot be good for business.

Terrible experience with A-Plan

Terrible experience with A-Plan. A-Plan decided we were under insured with a particular insurance company so cancelled they policy. Couldn’t look at an alternate provider without 48 hours notice. Another broker had us all insured in less than an hour.

Hi there. Having spoken with your branch, you were initially advised that you might be underinsured and it was suggested that you should complete a new contents checklist. This showed that you were in fact significantly underinsured. We have a duty to make sure that you have the right level of cover as this can severely impact any payout if there was a future claim. You were advised that the existing policy would be cancelled and an alternative quote was provided which you did not accept. You were also given notice of this in writing. We are sorry if this has not been a great experience for you, but we have followed the correct procedures.

This company have continued to send me …

This company have continued to send me spam text messages, despite several requests and advising I am registered with the tps and would be reporting to Ofcom - the spam has continued. On telephoning for the 3rd time, the lady at National Motorhomes hung up when I was explaining how despite my previous calls they have continued to message me, clearly they do not care how they represent their company.

ghd Gold also blow up and customer service are not interested

I bought my first pair of ghd' s a long time ago and when they blew up after a flame shot out of where the lead goes into the straighteners I rung ghd. ghd advised that as my straighteners were out of warranty I would not be entitled to getting them replaced. I accepted this and asked ghd which straighteners I should purchase to ensure the same issue would not arise with my next set. I was told that this issue had been resolved and to pruchase the ghd Gold. However this morning exactly the same issue has arisen and on telephoning ghd I am told that there is nothing they are prepared to do as these are now out of warranty. I am staggered that ghd have not asked for the straighteners to be returned so that they can see how this has happened again from a safety point of view. But more annoyingly that yet again they are not prepared to replace or repair them despite it being exactly the same issue as I had with the first set. Very disappointing and not what is expected with a company I thought had a good reputation.
