I have had Roman blinds and eyelet curtains from this company and can’t fault them. So easy to put the Roman blinds up. Literally takes 15 mins to screw in 2 or 3 brackets then the blind simply clicks in.

They are good at letting you know timeframes for delivery , sometimes they are busier than other times but you will always get a time frame from them before ordering.


i would say to follow their guidance on measuring up before you order. I followed the guidance and all my items were spot on.

Will definitely order from here in future now. So easy. Plenty of different materials to choose from, and fair prices too. And above all excellent quality items

Absolutely made up with the bed I received from sueno. It is stunning! The guys that delivered were great too!! Only here half hour and took every bit of rubbish with them, no mess at all!! Would definitely order again in future. And they keep you up to date with your order and sent me sample materials before I ordered the bed.

Ordered the ena8 in feb 2021 for Hubby’s 50th. He’s always wanted this machine and so decided to treat him. The delivery was excellent and they contacted me by phone to say it would be a day later for delivery which was fine with me and good customer service for them to let me know. Upon opening yesterday we found the water bottle had been damaged in transit. Upon contacting pure gusto they have sorted this issue for us straight away. Which I think is just great customer service!!! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Fast delivery great product! Just make sure you measure which size you need first as it comes in small or large, saves the faffing of having to send it back. But we used it the day we got it to pick up a new bike and it was perfect.

This item was excellent quality, I ordered the Tiffany 6 drawer large chest of drawers, and was packaged great so no damage to product which can happen a lot when you order a mirrored item. Really happy with it. Bit ofa faff with delivery as first delivery was cancelled last minute (Sunday delivery) and I was waiting in but would still give 5 stars as the item was worth the wait and they got it out quickly to me.

Never dealt with such bad customer service! When you want to send an item back they literally just don’t want to know! No communication, won’t email you back, or answer phone! Thank god I didn’t spend to much money with them, I still have items here after 7 weeks. Never got a refund and the item was chipped. Will never use again or recommend to anyone. Shouldn’t be allowed. Every customer has a right to a refund!!

I was sceptical about using this site, I didn't know a lot about them and wasn't close enough to visit the store and didn't know anyone that had dealt with them before. I decided to bite the bullet and part exchange my watch with them. They were absolutely excellent!! They keep in touch with you through every step of the process, and they are easy to get hold of should you wish to speak to them. The watch I bought was a 2010 model and was like a brand new watch in the box when it arrived. I was made up!! And even if I had not of been happy I knew watchfinder would have taken the watch back no problems. They are professional and know their stuff when it comes to watches! I Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Went to the Chester store. Dealt with Isobel who was really helpful. She gave good advice as we were unsure on what colour/finish to get. Like the way they don't follow you round the shop whilst your looking like other sofa companies. Sofa was ordered within half an hour and was really happy upon leaving the shop. Just can't wait for the sofa to arrive now!!!!!
