We were aware our contract was coming to an end, but have had some drop outs and raised this before we resigned. We were passed to the technical team who went to a great deal of trouble to speak to us a convenient time for us. We came to a satisfactory conclusion and have resigned for a further 18 months. The young lady from the tech team was very helpful and we felt re-assured.

Review of Evri
I had to return two parcel to Debenhams. I was offered an option of a few couriers but recognising EVRI i opted for that. I got a returns label from Debenhams and was told to ensure I got a receipt. I took the parcel to my local EVRI shop printed out the label and took it to the counter. Was told they no longer issue receipts but I was assured it would be sent by email. I spoke to Debenhams who told me to go back to the store to request a receipt (not very helpful). Three weeks later I am still waiting for an email for either parcel. Meanwhile Debenhams won't refund me so I am £140 down. Tried the Evri website, just sends you round in circles, the tracking number says en route check with the recipient. The phone number just gives you messages but no help so that is useless too. The recipient namely Debenhams are not saying anything currently either. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PARCEL WITH EVERI and do not buy anything from Debenhams I suspect they are in league with each other!!
Thank you for swift response. Sadly I have already tried these options and they are exactly the ones that don’t allow you leave a message or give you any option to ask for the receipt. So this is of no use and I am still of the opinion that Evri’s customer service is not up to the mark…..by a long way.

Review of Pridola Design
The design is very versatile and would fit into most types of decor. Look very substantial. We decided to drill the wall to ensure they didn’t drop but still significantly less hassle than installing new wiring. Have yet to see how long the bulbs last will last on one charge or indeed how long the bulb will last before it needs replacement. Overall apart from the fact it took a while to arrive (hence 4* not 5*) delighted with the purchase and would buy more.

I tried the 14 day free trial to try and find out some information about my paternal grandfather. For some reason I got it in French I have no idea why. I was unable to find out the information I needed. I then received an invoice for €67 in French (which I don’t speak) and I have tried to cancel but cannot get any response. I know some people say it has been useful but I feel I have been conned out of money that I didn’t intend to spend on something that I don’t need.
Following my email to them, a complaint to my card company and this maybe this review, My Heritage gave me a full refund. It hasn’t yet appeared in my bank but it should so their customer service has some merit. Thank you

Review of Debenhams
I ordered perfume from Debenhams for my daughter’s birthday. I used a Mastercard which was refused. I then used a Visa debit card which was accepted. Debenhams took payment from both cards. I was unable to cancel the order so decided I would return one of the items. When I received the items I was told I could not return either of them. I sent and email outlining the issue and as yet have had no response. I also got a request from Debenhams to leave a review, understandably I left a poor review. Debenhams responded within 24 hours to say that I was entitled to return items and left a link. However when I tried the link I was again told I couldn’t return either item. I’ve gone from being ticked off to being absolutely furious. Will not use Debenhams again and strongly advise anyone to think carefully before they do.
Okay so after this review, Debenhams spurred into action and I think my issue is well on the way to being resolved. It’s just such a pity that I needed to do this in order to get their attention. So much simpler for everyone if there had been someone I could have spoken to initially, I know many people who would not have had the determination or the IT skills to have sorted this out. Please take note Debenhams and all large online retailers.
We are now at the 28th July almost 6 weeks after this debacle started. I did eventually get permission to return the items and was offered option of how to send back the items, I chose EVRI, I was sent returns labels with instruction to obtain a receipt. I returned the parcels via EVRI, on requesting a receipt I was told EVRI don’t issue receipt they come via email. I told Debenhams about this but was told to go back and request a receipt. So no help there. I didn’t receive any emails from EVRI. I did however get a receipt from Debenhams to say they had received one parcel on the 11/7 it’s now the 28th with no money refunded to my account. The other parcel has disappeared into the ether. TO SAY I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM DEBENHAMS AGAIN IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, I will advise all friends, family intact anyone who will listen not to trust this store. They will fob you off and mess you about in the hope you’ll get tired of persisting.
1st August. Finally got refunded for both parcels. Whilst I am glad it is resolved I won’t say it was at all easy. My advice is, if you need to return a parcel to Debenhams get a receipt and don’t be put off if their process seems slow, if you persevere you should get a result but it will take effort and determination on your part. Apparently they have an escalation team so best to try and get to them if you have a problem.

I ordered a gift for my daughter’s birthday, I tried to pay and the card was refused so I paid with a different card that was successful. Debenhams took both payments even though they had refused one, would let me either cancel the order or return the goods for a refund. Really difficult to deal with don’t think I’ll bother with Debenhams again despite them having done really nice stuff

Review of Original Cottages
The cottage is charming and very comfortable. The bed is super comfy, loads of hot water, everything in the kitchen that we needed for our stay and more. We had unseasonably cold weather but the cottage was lovely and warm and very cosy. We liked the little extras provided for our four legged friend. Easy walk to the centre of Woodbridge. Whilst there is no specific parking place we had no problem parking on the road outside the cottage which is free. Lots of information provided to help us enjoy our stay will definitely return again.

I’ve been with Vodafone for about 10 years. The contract price kept going up and I wasn’t receiving better service. So a friend recommended Talkmobile. The price is great for my SIM only contract. PACing my number over was very easy. I needed a bit of help but the support service was very quick and very efficient. Have recommended to the rest of my family who are all switching over.

If I could give them zero I would. I ordered 2 dresses, when they came they were awful quality. Looked like a child’s dressing up dress. I asked to return and they just ignored me. Fortunately as I had paid by card the bank refunded the money for me pending investigation. Norabele responded to the bank investigation by threatening me with a bad credit rating, my card being refused and a couple of other nasty comments. I spoke to my bank who have said they will handle it so I don’t have to worry. This is the worst kind of business they are selling cheap rubbish and then trying to intimidate you into not complaining. I’m not sure what else I can say except deal with this company at your peril.

Kerry was lovely and so patient, she explained all the different options I could choose for my chair and gave me good advice. She let me see lots of different books until I found the fabric and colour I wanted. The chair has just been fitted and I couldn’t be more pleased it looks beautiful. Can’t fault it it came quite quickly was a very reasonably priced and great quality fabric. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Review of Roots Plants
It is always a bit of a gamble ordering plug plants but I was not disappointed with my plug plants from Roots. They arrived well watered and very well protected, looking very strong. The instructions on the box very good for novice gardeners like myself. The price was also very competitive with more well known online gardening companies. Will definitely buy from Roots again.
