The hydra facial was fabulous and left my skin feeling very soft. I had the anti ageing serum as well which had definitely reduced my lines. Nerys was fabulous informing me all the time about the different stages of the treatment and the benefit to my skill. Wonderful experience looking forward to the next one.

I ordered the taps, initially there was a bit of a mix up over the delivery but it was sorted out by Michael the Dispatch & Packing Manager and the taps arrived in good order. Price very competitive too.

The company were really helpful before I bought the extractor providing me with all the information I needed in order to make the right purchase. The extractor arrived quickly and well packaged it was a little fiddly to mount and needed 3 people to do it. But it looks fabulous, it isn’t too noisy and the extraction seem really powerful. Certainly on paper looks just as good as the well known models at 3 times the price. I hope it’s still good 5 years from now. Thank you

After ordering a book to click & collect and having the money taken but unable to pick up due to lock down I have been trying to change the order to home delivery. Sent 4 emails not even acknowledged. Thoroughly disgusted, I have happily supported Waterstones often paying more for books than Amazon just to do this.
Within 24 hours of this posting I received a response from Waterstones who have now offered to post the book out free of charge. Let’s just see how long it takes to arrive!

I really like naked wines. They give me lots of information and make it easy for me to cancel at any time so I don’t feel under pressure. They never send wines unless I order them and do far they have been excellent. I also like that they support new winegrowers.

We visited the showroom in Norwich and were very impressed with the knowledge of the staff. We discussed our needs and what we wanted and were given advice about our purchase. The delivery was fantastic with the driver being very helpful in placing the pallet with the summer house in our garage. I have been particularly impressed with speed at which queries are answered even at week ends. Been very happy with our purchase.

I liked the very informal approach to choosing our sofa. Not yet received our sofa so can’t comment on its longevity or the delivery but so far the experience has been a good one.

I have bought a number of fabrics from the Mill shop online for both curtains and soft furnishings. Their choice is really good and website easy to navigate. They send samples really quickly so you can see what you're buying and the fabric was delivered within a couple of days. Excellent value for money. I always get a little bit extra fabric just in case as some fabrics sell out quickly.

Received my good only a day or so after placing the order. Everything was well packed and received in good order.
