Products don't work at all

Product don't work at all. I tried the collagen bomb, the hair treatment (bound regenerating), the hair growth drops (blue bottle), the anti dark spot pink bottle (really had high hopes for that one) and the vegan keratin spray. Used consistently. Neither of them have done anything for me.

I bought the expensive natural sunscreen and their packaging is so poor, on the way to the airport, the label had rubbed off and got rid of the weight, couldn't prove it was less than 100mL so the security staff binned it!! It was almost new! I told freshly about this and got completely ignored. No response whatsoever.

Also they market as natural but all those products smell really strong of synthetic fragrances and I really think that's all they are. Smellies. A lot of money thrown out in the bin for these crooks.

Awful - Very Pay Ruined my credit score by 108 points

- Sent me faulty items - Disputing is going to take months to resolve - do not get involved.
So I purchased 2 identical dresses for £51 incl 3.99 delivery - received one faulty, so returned both - At checkout, they encouraged me to check eligibility for Very Pay with the following terms:
"Ways to pay that work your way with Very Pay
Find out if you'll be accepted and what we could offer you before you apply.
It won't affect your credit score.
Absolutely no obligation to apply.
20% off first credit order. Find out more.
Representative 44.9% APR variable."

Well, I did the check, not the application - was found eligible to apply but didn't, ended up paying with my normal bank card- and guess what- it DID affect my credit score - not that but it ruined it by 108 points - Hard search was performed by Shop Direct which owns Very.

Helpful CS agent Nahila made a request for me to have that looked into, but I cannot say the same of Susan from Fraud Department who accused me of calling 5 times and being told the same information over and over when I only made the call once - No one called or emailed back as promise within 48hrs, I was the one having to chase this up 10 days on - The Fraud department was reluctant to update me on the situation and of course no apologies were offered for the damage caused to my finances-

The dresses I returned had been 2 weeks with them and still no refund was given! That same person performed a manual refund and refused to give me back my £3.99 shipping despite 1 dress being faulty.


New customer here - I lost 108 credit score points, £3.99 and 2 lengthy phone calls time. Avoid them like the plague.

Abhorrent

Ordered 2 massive boxes, marked as delivered, received nothing, not a box, not a piece of paper to say what on earth he did with them so only two possible explanations: he kept them or gave them for free to a randomer. Absolutely horrible service, not the way to go. Employ people worthy of trust.... I'm a delivery driver myself and would never treat people's things like it did not matter.

Amazing service and received a free…

Amazing service and received a free upgrade to the Hull to Rotterdam crossing after our Dover crossing was cancelled. Travelled in the pet friendly cabin with my dog. Absolutely beautiful ship and very clean facilities and cabin. Food was outstanding. Every worker seemed very happy and the entertainment was truly memorable. I will look to always book that route from now on, regardless of the price because it was truly memorable and I miss it every day.

Near perfection

Words cannot express how happy I am, after a few years of using everyday, with Vinted. The strongest points are:

- ease of use of the website;
- Availability of the customer service
- Efficiency of their algorithm (or AI? Because seriously it has saved me several times, the recommendations are BEYOND REPROACH)

There could be some very minor improvements such as seing your order history or for the customer to NOT have to pay return fees in case of a defective items, but because it is such a lively community, serious issues rarely arise in my experience. All in all, Vinted has a very intuitive way of working and has made me quite addicted as a seller and buyer. I now see no purpose (and only drawbacks) in shopping from the reg high streets. I think its much better for the planet and my wallet here on vinted.

I recommend it to everybody and for the life of me cannot understand any bad reviews on here.

Made an absolute fool out of me

I ordered an Xbox One pad. For my partner's birthday. That pad arrived defective with directional arrows not clicking. I returned the next day using 48h royal mail tracked service. They received back on Monday the 13th. I called about 4-5 times since. They tell me it takes 3 days for them to locate a replacement. I can see the product BACK ONLINE RIGHT NOW!!! Probably the faulty one I returned??They tell me "We'll check and email you back". "When? Today?" "Yes today." Here I am still waiting on the freaking birthday present that was meant for the 7th. It's now been 10 days and still nothing. Not a word of apology or explainer either. Infuriating service. I do not recommend you get involved, the products are clearly not checked for suitability and the after sales is not efficient.

Disappointing experience

PLUS POINTS:

- Availability of customer service
- Beautifully designed website
-Great idea to save ££

DOWNSIDES:

- Verification process is worse than opening a bank account. I consecutively submitted my Driving license, my NHS number, my Bank statement, my Birth certificate (and I even offered to send a utility bill as proof of residence) ALL REJECTED !!!

- Confusing information by the CS: one advisor told me the birth certificate should work if the driver's license is rejected, another one asked me for a passport instead (which I do not have).

- A little bit worrying having to share so much information. The more you connect your personal data (facebook, social, personal phone number and full name publicly displayed) the bigger you 'trust score'.

- Last but DEFO not least>>> It did not work - I finally got the credentials after waiting 48hrs and relentlessly trying to prove them my Identity, turns out the subscription was bogus (expired). So when I asked them what to do they said 'apply for a refund'

Okay so the idea to share a subscription is very tempting but it in my case it was not successful.

Too bad

Sad having to leave a bad review as I thought the products were absolutely beautiful. We ordered two Christmas jumpers and I washed one after the 25th, a Vegan Christmas purple jumper with a white print at 30° on a soft cycle (600 spins) exactly as per the label... All the purple colour ran and dyed the white print light pink. So that jumper was used only one day and might as well go in the bin now as it is ridiculous.
Emailed them with details and picture and no one cared to even get back to me...
Very disappointed in this company.

My god if only I thought of them sooner...

Here's the thing, you're used to purchasing online for most things, getting your best deal on what you want, food and accessories for your dog and whatnot...But when it came to their health and the vet tells you he needs that really expensive medicine to keep his heart beating, you don't think twice and you pay the asking price at the practice...Took me about 10 months' treatment before the thought came to my mind that I could actually get the prescription online, on their actual online store... And my god it is on average 60 to 80% cheaper, I have all my vets receipt to prove it :(((...Makes my heart sink that I did not think about it before...Saves a trip to the vet, they validate your online prescription within a couple hours really and it gets here fast. Plus you can top up on dietary supplements etc.
The best online prices I found online with the broadest range available for your pets needs.
My dog was diagnosed with Proteinuria and Heart Murmur 3 and I used their store to purchase most supplements I give him and his full treatment (a whole little pharmacy going), cooked his food myself and one month later his blood showed levels back to normal.
Truly my favorite online pet store. Best service and best price all around. And you helped my dog with your advice and availability of your products.

So thank you.

What? Where do all these stars come from? Sorry but you are still just as bad with your service...

Unbelievable....What got into me??? I dare to give you another chance after you lost about 50% of my parcels a year ago around Christmas, then when I made the error to dispatch vinyls whilst declaring the value of £60 and insuring it for value POOF it went missing with no possibility to claim for a refund because it's in your PROHIBITED list (obviously)....I decide to give you a third chance ???? ..... Set up a collection, three days later still NOBODY showed up. Shielding at home, everybody is IN, ALL DAY, everyday.

A B S O L U T E J O K E

If you are having issues on your network, do not advertise next day collection with scans saying you're on way. Nobody ever makes contact and you have 0 customer service.

Literally all there is is an automated bot.

So Hermes, where do those stars come from?

Awesome for Vegans too!

This is truly the best company for my Vegan supplement needs

So in love with their service, the quality of the products there, so much better than H&B🙄 (not only overpriced but terrible carbon footprint with every jar sold half empty...disgusting and most supplements are full of nasty fillers and animal derivatives, WTH?!!)

So Nutravita's Vegan Range is clean, its nicely packaged, I actually saw a real reduction in Hair loss after some weeks of using the Vegan Essentials + Biotin supplements - Please release a supplement for liver health!! I heard loads of great things on Liver rescue which is only available in the US!! Please :)

I recommend this company to everybody especially vegans who are looking for a great quality Essential bundle at a great price (especially with the discounted subscription)

Also had a problem with delivery and they sorted it in no time. Cannot fault them

This is an excellent website and service is very good apart from two things:

Before my first order of £200 I was badly handled by one particular female advisor on the phone who refused to dispatch 3 samples prior to my order on the grounds that I didn't have a landline....When I called a few moments prior however, the previous advisor kindly offered to send me 3 samples. In other words, her logic: Yes you can give us your money and place any sized order without a landline but no you may not order samples without a landline (What does that even have to do with anything ??)
I operate my online business from home and do not require a landline...I was treated like I was not a business and I didn't find that fair or professional...We've all got to start somewhere!

The other thing that also annoyed me was that there was only 3 samples allowed, I needed 6 so I ended up purchasing the items I wanted to test and guess what...they are not suitable - So because I cannot return them and lose out, I have to find another way...its a shame because I cant even replace them without paying delivery fees.

PROS: Excellent customer service, very kind CS agents (for the most part)
Really fast dispatch and delivery
Couldn't find better value for money
Good range
Products are available and frequently restocked
I love the website personally
Easy to contact somebody

CONS: One particularly rude advisor
They delete your basket after a few days (arrrgh)
No possibility to sample more than 3 products even if you want to pay for them
Must have a landline for free samples

My advice to prospective customers: Take screenshots of your basket if you are starting up
Study the products online really well if you cannot sample them - Get a landline before requesting samples to avoid frustration.

As a seller, sounds exiting BUT

Sounds exiting but

I really thought I had the best platform to start as a seller but 4 days in and I am already disappointed (and quite shocked at reading others experience jeesh!)

So as a seller, you think it's all good and there are no fees you make max profit, customers got the 99p myhermes delivery (insured) and its all perfect everybody happy ! But...

C O N S:

- It's not until I asked another seller to list on Vinted so I could get cheaper shipping buying from them that I realised all the fees were imposed on the buyer. A protection fee and extra charges on a single purchase.
As a seller you NEVER get to see the final cost imposed on the buyer for your item. So many potential customers will be put off. That's a shame. ***Give an option to put the fees on the seller instead so we know exactly how much we are charging***

- SO OBVIOUSLY customers must be upset at that. Then what happens ? Vinted has the nerve to send a review request to your customer for 'Your experience on Vinted'. Naively the customer leaves a review for the Vinted platform (fees etc), yet, the damage is ALL YOURS to pick up ! ***The rating is actually for you.*** Had an awesome customer I got on with, when transaction was done, I got 1 star review, I asked the customer why they said they had no idea, they thought they were rating Vinted. They immediately deleted the rating as a result. SNEAKY and CHEEKY of Vinted!

- NO STATS. Just a long and tedious list of customers liking, favoriting etc....you have NO idea what is your most favorited or liked item at a glance, therefore it would take you ages to go through your listings (if you have a lot) and then run promotions (bumping your listing for example)

- Help Articles are outdated, the screenshots they show are not visible on your end, so they have obviously changed some aspects of the interface and not updating the help section.

-Advisors are nice but it seems you will get an automated template response first of all and have to insist to speak to someone.

P R O S:

- I really love the intelligent listing template, it figures out the size, the brand, etc. Listing is a lot faster than Depop, you can upload more pictures, it is faster, it does not slow down and you can easily update your listings.

- I like the filters which really allows you to narrow down your search easily. Not all platforms have these in depth filters.

Can't think of anything else at this point.

So Hopefully you step up in the game and improve according to reviews here, as you don't seem very popular these days :(

Impossible to contact

Impossible to contact - chat bot never transfers to a human chat rep - only offers email contact - after all these years and still no phone CS, really really annoying. My parcel was sent back to Asos for no reason visible, Asos not been able to help, Hermes cannot be contacted. Annoying as a receiver.
As an ebay seller also, I can give my point of view as the sender: out of 8 parcels shipped, they managed to lose 2 (back around christmas time) - I used to find their service so cheap and convenient, now its gone up in price and I have been disappointed too many times, sorry but I will give you a miss now
