On our website we do advise that this 110v grinder is not fitted with a plug as it draws over 16amp and will need to have a 32amp rather than 16amp plug fitted by the user. Sorry that you missed that info, we will try to make it clearer. Kind regards The Howe Tools Team

Excellent experience at Preston’s of Leeds. Picked up my new watch today and couldn’t be happier, not just with the watch but with the overall level of service from start to finish, absolutely all the staff are cheerful and welcoming, mainly dealing with Andrew Duffy who was a total gent, and honest from the outset with regard to timescales and availability. I cannot recommend more highly and hopefully will be in a position to deal with them again.

Ordered some folding camp chairs for a camping trip, ordered on the 6th April, received an email to say Hermes had received them and they would be delivered on Monday the 12th between 12-2pm... nothing, wife waited in no card or anything! Tracked next day and told item too large???? Would be delivered within 48hrs, nothing! Rang and chased both go outdoors and Hermes , received numerous e mails to no avail. Again got an email would be delivered sat 17th between 11-1pm again absolutely nothing! Rang and complained again and told to basically wait, Monday 19th they have finally tried to deliver them 2 weeks after ordering and a day after we returned from camping!! Absolute joke, refused delivery will now await a refund. Would not use Hermes as a courier company ever again, go outdoors not much better with there response.
