I placed my order on line, just before Christmas. After I placed the order I received a phone call from NVF to confirm some details. The order was duly delivered within a couple of days, all present correct. I was particularly pleased with the smoothness of the process from start to finish. A very professional company.

This was the first time we have used NVF and was very pleased with the prompt response and delivery. Also we asked for a catalogue which came in a matter of days.

Very quick to respond and very helpful with queries. I placed an order on line and they even took the time to ring me to confirm it was ready, went to collect on Saturday and I needed a few extra parts the man that served me on the trade counter was really helpful and cut the steel so I could fit it in car. I'd assumed that because it was only a small order they wouldn't be bothered but not the case brilliant service, really pleased would recommend many Thanks

The work was completed speedily, to a high standard and at a great price

I had some trouble with one of the gate motors initially, this required its return to the manufacturers in Germany. Not a good start but no fault of North Valley.
Andy had been excellent in talking us through the initial installation and was full on in getting the replacement. The system is now up and running and in spite of the problems I still think the company deserve a 5 Star review. I feel confident they would be there for me should I have future glitches or questions.

I ordered a steal post. It arrived within a couple of days. It was slightly bent and the welding was pretty awful. The delivery charge was £25. I am in business and use a courier every single day. This was 5 times what it should have been. We have used the post - needs must, but it left me rather disappointed.

Would just like to comment regarding my recent purchase of paints from NVF. A couple of years back NVF manufactured some gates and railings for me which are absolutely stunning, the experience from design to installation was a credit to all involved, especially the attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I am now looking at painting the steelwork in the spring and contacted NVF for the paints needed, again the experience for purchase and delivery was a credit, the paints were delivered very next day, great work NVF, an absolute pleasure!
