**STAY AWAY - run a MILE if CPM are present**
I would not recommend anyone use a car park which uses CPM ticketing/parking services. Run a mile, seriously. Worst experience I have ever had.

Fraudulent fines issued
No one is going to like a car park company but this one is unscrupulous. They've issued 3 fines when I've been parked in the space I own. The latest one was fraudulently listed as not displaying a parking permit. Their own "evidence" is a picture of my windshield with the permit clearly displayed. Customer service is a joke. They don't list a complaints procedure on their website as Im sure they'd be inundated with complaints about dishonest practice.
One of the worse parking company

Tried to take £100.15 out my credit card never even heard of this company also said the payment was made while I was at work. Never even used my credit card for anything like this scammers!!!!

This is the worst company with the…
This is the worst company with the worst people. They issued me two tickets in my own parking space. Someone had parked in my bay, so I had no choice but to park in the adjacent one. Then, two days later, when I parked in my own bay, they sent me another ticket. They issued both tickets back-to-back, even though I pay monthly for parking. They’re just trying to make money. Don’t expect anything good from them—they act like aliens.
Liars
Would rate it at 0 if I could, avoid this company at all cost, if I could I would move again just so I wouldn’t have to deal with this incompetent company.
No one is ever available on the phone, hold times are 2 hours plus at any time of day, no complaints department or guidelines being followed, no manager around ever, staff apparently don’t have access to the generic company inbox, and can’t do anything about any query you have. I called to speak to a manager following 2 months of emails and many phone calls and callback requests to Sippi, 3 time I was told they will put me through only to be put through to the permit hold queue which is 2 hours long, I called the 4th time and their colleague told me that they can’t put me directly through to a manager, I asked if their colleague lied to me 3 times in that case, and he said yes she was.
Wouldn’t believe anything they say, the only way to get anything done is to constantly call and email them.
Horrendous company with no customer…
Horrendous company with no customer service presence. Charged for entering for residents parking during purchasing a flat there. No interest in a considered review - total robbery
Frustrating trying to get things done…
Frustrating trying to get things done with them. Customer "reception" answers speedily, then sends one to interminable music while waiting for a long time for the call to be answered. I gave up. Want a parking permit for a visiting tradesman and this apparently has to be done in advance, and not all such visits come with advance notice. Sent an email on their form but suspect it wont be read for a few days and the tradesmen from Hilary's are here. Web site seems more business / sales orintated than for ease of customer service.
I WOULD PREFER TO GIVE ZERO STARS!
I would prefer to give zero stars. This company are outrageously unfair. Both machines in the car park weren’t working….couldn’t get past the £1.50 amount on either machine. Had an appt in the town so paid £1.50 and was late back. I wanted to put £4 in the machine. When I got home I rang the parking company straight away and the lady said not to worry. She made a note and said that there would be no fine. A fine came through the post and I appealed. They said there was lack of evidence to support my appeal. HOW AM I EXPECTED TO EVI DENCE TWO MALFUNCTIONING PARKING MACHINES!!! This was at the car park in Payne’s Park Hitchin, opposite the library next to Whitings Court. This Company should be closed down! We will certainly never park there again and I will be telling all of my friends and family to avoid at all cost!
Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. Got a parking charge notice stating no permit displayed despite one of their photos that was part of the notice showing the permit in my window. My appeal was rejected which means I now have to go through another appeal but the company haven’t responded to my request for the pictures they hold showing the permit in the window. Massive scam trying to bully people into paying for incorrect fines.
Zero stars
Zero stars, absolutely useless company, take no responsibility whatsoever for car parks they allegedly manage, the logging of vehicles in contravention of car park rules is a waste of time as they are clearly ignored, it says thanks for the information and pictures provided yet you can’t leave pictures! when will the government finally sort out these useless companies and force them to close
they turn a blind eye
this company ignores anyone parking in disabled spots that do not show a blue badge.
Cowboys you can't trust!
Had the same issue with these cowboys twice now. They photographed my car entering the car park and leaving 9 hours later, they failed to share the photos of me leaving and arriving later. First time a shop keeper and traffic warden witnessed me arrive and leave, second time my ring camera filmed me leave and arrive which I shared with them. Still waiting for a response.
Disgraceful!
Disgraceful company. Supposedly sent me two PCN letters for an incident in my own residential car park, after I had absentmindedly covered my permit with a sun visor on a raging hot day. The first I knew about it was when I received a letter from a debt recovery company, which managed to reach me at the same address the PCNs were allegedly sent but 9 days after the letter was dated. It left me 5 days, with a weekend in between, to dispute or pay the fine before it went even higher. The parking company nor the debt company gave a hoot about the situation and I had to pay the fine before it went any higher or I incurred any further adverse credit issues. Both companies caused me untold stress and all they did was quote legislation rubbish in response to emails/complaints.
Never before have I had the misfortune…
Never before have I had the misfortune of dealing with such an inept company.
3 parking tickets within a week for parking legitimately outside my own home. The staff are poorly trained and the systems for managing the registration/change of vehicle permits is beyond frustrating.
It is truly disgusting how land management companies such as RMG entrust the likes of UKCPM to police the parking arrangements on estates and shared car parks when it is obvious they are incapable of doing so with even the slightest degree of efficiency.

Taxis has licence they pay for they pick up and drop off on double yellows double reds even buslanes! Drop off or pick up! These people think they know better! 🤣🤣🤣taking me to court!! Lets see what happens!
Scam
Went to an event and got told where to park for disabled. No mention of paying parking, no signs to say to pay for parking and no machines nothing. We got a fine saying we left without paying for parking. I appealed against it and sent them photo evidence that there was nothing to say we had to pay for parking so we wouldn’t have known. They refused it and when we tried to pay the £60 they refunded and said they wanted £100. They said we had gone over the time frame. I explained the letter says it gets put on hold why we go through an appeal they said it doesn’t. AGAIN had proof in black and white. So had to pay 100 pound. Absolute rip off just one big scam!!
