Always brilliant. I needed advice on some 2TB M.2 SSD Memory I wanted for the Motherboard I had bought from them earlier. The helpline gave me the advice I needed and on that advice I bought what they recommended. I received the order the next day. When I fitted the SSD (after looking at a very good YouTube video) it worked perfectly. Well done Novatech.

I bought a DOF Reality Motion Platform and did a lot of research looking at YouTube videos, Forums etc.

I didn’t want to modify the Platform by drilling holes etc so it was important that the seat fitted straight away. The seat is extremely comfortable and is able to accommodate the larger person. It also looks the part. An important suggestion I would like to make is to add more size and fixing holes information as it was only the above video that confirmed this for me.
All in all a great purchase.

I bought some paint from the store but needed another tin. The store did not have the second tin in stock but I was able to order online and have it delivered to my home. 4 stars for the slight inconvenience but at least I was able to still get the particular colour.

Great experience with the insurance agent. He explained in detail any unclear questions. Quoted for the travel insurance straight away even tho’ several medical conditions were noted and we were able to buy immediately.

I needed an Aircon top up and don’t know if it was because I was searching for prices etc but Groupon came up with an offer I could not refuse. ATS made it very easy to book an appointment and carry out the service.

First time i have dealt with ITS and the ordering went smoothly and was delivered in timely manner.

While the delivery driver delivers the parcel/s in the time specified (well done for that) constantly the items are being left outside albeit in our recycling box where they could possibly be stolen. In addition they do not ring our very loud door bell, hence the three stars.

I had to return an item because it had been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. Novatech sent a replacement in a stronger box which arrived in perfect condition. The 3 stars are due to me having to wait an extra week for an item that should have been useable on the original delivery date 14/10/22 instead of 21/10/22.

I was watching a YouTube video which showed how to repair my washing machine and this had a link to ESpares. This was the first time i used the site. It showed exactly what i required as a spare from the broken part. Ordering was easy and it arrived the next day after paying for next day delivery. The spare part, a washing machine door switch, worked first time. Very impressed.
