Super support & product!

I needed some advice to help me choose the right clippers & blades, rather than messaging, I phoned Masterclip. The lady I spoke to couldn't be more helpful & she gave me great confidence to make a purchase & be happý for the support I would get if needed in the future.

Just in time & just right!

Seeing sale items offered in the email reciened prompted me to add perfect clothes for my up & coming outdoor holiday.
I paid for the postage to make sure they arrived in time, & they did & were just what I needed. Happy days!

Harris Brothers have never let us down.

We have always found Harris Brothers, efficient, professional & with great customer service. This time, our car went for a Silver Service & MOT, uncovering a big problem. We were kept completely informed, given the courtesy car, and the problem was resolved as soon as parts could be obtained. We were really happy with our service from the boys.

Unable to fulfil order.

Hi, my initial conversation & ordering for all 3 exhaust parts plus fittings was pleasant & efficient. Prices & customer service were good. As far as I knew, all items were in stock & payment was made.
The delivery time was satisfactory due to the covid situation & I advised my mechanic they would be on the way.
However, I had a phone call to say that my order was about to be dispatched but without the vital centre part. I was advised that I would be refunded. I asked if there was a back order or an expected date when they may be in stock, but no.
With my car off the road, I was left having to source from elsewhere, but felt that I wasnt given the best attention or explaination as to the lack of supply. No real apology.
The order from yourselves arrived safely, & the order for the central section is on it's way.
As yet, I havent checked my refund is in place, but if not I shall be back in touch. No refund been done. I contacted them, 4 days later, still no refund.

Brilliant service!

I used the home-trial service to choose my frames. I also needed advice from the optician and she didn't disappoint. Very thorough with questions about my unusual prescription that resulted in some wonderful, stylish, bi-focals. Will certainly recommend Glasses Direct.
