Two stars are the. VPS are fine but their aggressive payment demands are what’s wrong with them. Been waiting on a new card after getting my wallet stolen and my bill to them was due on the 18th. 19th I get an email about an over due invoice (fair) then notice they have charged me an extra £0.50… one day and being charged is insane then the service get suspended after 2 days… I have never ever had a tech company be so aggressive over an invoice. Normally it’s a weak Leeway to get your self together.
Ever since the introduction of the backwards sugar tax it’s been impossible to get anything that doesn’t have sweeteners in it. May favourite drink was lucozade and the ruined it to any drinkable slop. Then the guys at Todd’s Drinks picked up where the left off and made a perfect replica! Absolutely love it.
Best dog food about! My 3 year old lab LOVES it more than treats! She will jump and spin for breakfast and lunch! Its a bit on the higher side for cost but well worth it. After switching last year she's has more energy, her poop has never been iffy and her coat is amazing too. I had some issues with pay dates and me forgetting to move the order and they took the money at a bad time but messaged them 10pm on a Saturday and got a reply in 15 mins and my refund! Then put my new order in and see it was going to be almost 5 days before I get it, jumped onto live chat and they pushed the order forward for me to get it the next day. This is proper customer service 10/10.
Taken a week with no messages to say sorry for the delay in dispatch. Now reading the reviews I’m worried that it now won’t turn up.
It eventually arrived after two weeks missing an item as it was our of stock but the other item that I bought was wrong. Ordered three balls of a different type and only a single wrong ball arrived. Been in emailing them almost daily about this and had zero response. So avoid like the plague as they just don’t care.
Sales person was great if pulled thin. I needed the item that day so had a limited selection to do so but the one I was keen on there were two in stock great. Pay get the car ready etc then get told the two in stock are actually display models. At this time I had been instore for around 40-50 mins and needed to get back home asap. So just accepted that was that I was then offered £15! yes £15 off when there were other display models having £100-£150 off... Now due to needing to get back I was forced to accept it that took another 20 mins to get that £15 refunded. I did demand more but the manager take it or I will cancel the order so needing the item asap I had to just accept it. Curry's have destroyed any competition for same day pick up on white goods so had little to fight over.

Ordering was all fine delivery perfect arrived on the day they said 10/10 but my real issue was all the spam after… 5 or 6 marketing emails on top of the standard order emails I think I got three marketing emails minutes after ordering and I never asked to be signed up!

Don't buy online... Utter car crash of a company. VERY expensive TV arrives dead. Phone up seems slick in getting a replacement ordered. 2 days to do a swap fine, check about 3pm day before that the swap will be happening via live chat advised yes its all go and will be getting an email shortly. get to 9:30 no email. Back to live chat and find that the swap wasn't put through correctly and then need to phone up to get an RMA number... So lied to and now zero TV for 5 days. Not life or death but more the waiting about and time wasted and being lied to.

Dog managed to smash our TV so had to get a new one asap. Curry’s it was due to insurance reasons. Spent ages waiting on someone to come and help after asking multiple times. TVs that were in our price range zero stock in store and online so had to settle on something not as good and had to be delivery only. Charged me £20 have it delivered. Find out online it would have been free. Go in to store to only for them to try and pull the wool over my eyes about it and say that it’s only for certain geographical areas (I checked and that only means Highlands and Islands not the middle of Edinburgh!) even after showing them on my phone they still dig their heels in. Eventually I got my refund by some sour faced manager but the experience was atrocious…

Always been fast to get back to me with all my questions and issues and its never been too much of an issue for them. Highly recommend First Mortgages for anyone inc first time buyers.
Follow up from my previous review where I sung their praises. Let's say that they have become greedy thanks to investors now screwing the screws tighter. No long is is a viable and cheaper alternative to cards it works out to be about the same as Stripe for us and much less of a hassle for our customers too boot. I don't care about international payments or any of that crap so why should I pay more to have access to it?! They were great when the started and had a great reason to use them but not anymore.

Never really had an issue with them. They are a forwarding company who will lot parcels together and send them from China to where ever they need to go. Then a local courier will take the last mile as such. From experience this has been Yodel or Royal Mail. Never had a parcel go missing and tracking has been fairly accurate too! Ok things have been delayed in recent months due to cargo space being a at a premium from China! One item had been floating around a warehouse for 3 months until it managed to get space on a flight across! It's a risk you have to take with overseas purchases and don't expect next day or fast delivery...
Never had an issue with them until recently. Ordered a new tyre on a Wednesday and requested fitting the Tuesday after so plenty of time. Gets to Monday and advised that the tyre won't be at the garage for my fitting and will have to be scheduled for Friday days later, ok fine. Email them back saying that that Friday would have to be ok but would have to be early morning or be pushed to the weekend. No reply from them until the day before with an afternoon time! Emailed back with again no response and missed their booked appointment. Gets to Monday no response so decided to phone them eventually getting through to them and getting the tyre booked in for the Wednesday; 2 WEEKS after ordering then the nail in the coffin was getting a reply to my message to them on Friday on Tuesday asking when I wanted it done... I get things are a bit up in the air just now but no one seems to read emails nor does there seem any urgency in getting a timely response. All in all their incompetence meant I was unable to drive anywhere for two weeks and had to rely on family which isn't fair on them considering what's going on. Never got a proper apology from them about being messaged about either. Will be my last purchase from them, they are cheaper for a reason...

Deplorable company! When I have bought things from Shutterstock I was expecting them to treat their "suppliers" right but it seem that not the case. Shame they have bitten the hand that feeds them. Here is one lost customer for good.
Approved my tyre claim in under an hour. Got a cheque in the post 2 working days later. Absolutely amazing and how insurance claims should always be like! No faff, no fuss.
Good fast service. Due to my glasses being an odd design one of the lenses is a bit loose so their quality control could be better but for the price well worth it.
