Haven't even signed up with them but…

Haven't even signed up with them but being called 6 times on a Saturday by two sales hounds reeks of desperation and dodgy sales tactics. Say well away from them!

Started off the best in the business…

Started off the best in the business then had some issues, got bought out and service and support have gone down the pan in comparison to what it was before.

During our merger back in 2017, we did hit quite a few issues that impacted our overall ability to service support as fast as we had done previously.

Losing several staff members at the same time as merging business processes caused our ticket desk to grow to a point where tickets took 24hrs to handle, a massive difference to the normal sub hour turn around that you would have been used to previously.

This was however back in 2017, since then we have expanded our support team, migrated to a new faster infrastructure and refined our internal processes to not only provide a far faster service but also provide faster support that exceeds our standards back in 2017.

It is a shame that you feel our support has "gone down the pan" however, I can see based on our ticket exchanges since this review was left that this is clearly not the case.

I have reached out to discuss this with you, so if you do have a free moment, let me know and we can jump on a call any handle concerns that you still might have.

Perfect all round

Perfect all round. Relatively easy to use API, Cheap!

Could do with invoicing option to generate invoices on payments.

Poor company

Poor company, don't provide proper tracking from the courier so cannot change delivery information! What kind of crap is that. Stay away from these guys.

Its insurance, its expensive for what it is...

£30 for a day, £10 for "administration" and about £3 for Tax, what on earth makes you think that £10 is right what am I use if the other £18 for?! That should be part of the cost of your Profit. To be fair me buying the insurance is pure profit as I didn't need to use it. To be fit it's just a scam.

Customers completing our online forms and buying our insurance online is a lower cost method of providing insurance compared with say buying insurance over the phone from a call-centre or over the counter in an office in the high street. But having said that, there are still costs that we incur as on online company which we need to make sure we cover. These include the cost of running our office in Cheshire from where we provide customer service support, the cost of data look-ups and validation services, such as post-code and driving licence checks, and the cost of hosting our website and making sure it is properly backed up.

We regularly review our prices against our competitors to make sure we are competitive, and we are confident that our policies continue to provide great value for money, inclusive of the fees we charge.

They have really improved my online presence and increased my sales by 40% in the past 3 months! They really know what makes the online buyer tick and what they want to see! You would be silly not to even speak to them.

Went down hill fast...

After being with CHP for over 6 years its time to move! Customer support from all has been lack lustre at best. All went down the pan in the space of a month. Being unhelpful and basically saying tough luck to issue with billing. Found a better and cheaper host who seems to really care about the customer. Unless you are spending a lot of money with CHP they won't care about you at all... 2 stars only due to them being good to start with.
