Absolutely unacceptable solution

Absolutely unacceptable solution.
I bought a gaming laptop for almost £1000, 2 weeks later it stopped working. I sent it back, and they said that they had to send it to the manufacturer as they could'nt fix it. They said turnaround is between 14 to 30 days.
When I said I can't wait that long, and I need a refund they said they had to deduct £150 because allegedly there were some scratches.
Even though the laptop obviously would not be sold.

Excellent product

Excellent product.
We'll see how long it'll last.
It looks, and feels well made.
Quite heavy, but that just tells you that it's well made.
It's very non stick at the moment.
I've used it 10 times already, and haven't had the need to season it yet again.

Unacceptable experience
