Absolutely unacceptable solution.
I bought a gaming laptop for almost £1000, 2 weeks later it stopped working. I sent it back, and they said that they had to send it to the manufacturer as they could'nt fix it. They said turnaround is between 14 to 30 days.
When I said I can't wait that long, and I need a refund they said they had to deduct £150 because allegedly there were some scratches.
Even though the laptop obviously would not be sold.
