I was recommended to get my parts from this company via my brother in law who fixes my car.

I was getting my parts from a local supplier, due to easy accessibility and same day collection. However, the prices are much more competitive here.

My only problem was putting reliance on delivery, with the car needing to have the repairs to pass its MOT. I placed my order before half 2 as advised and the parts were there the next day by 9:30. Excellent, I had ordered the front hoses instead of the required back ones, I realised before I have even opened them. Emailed customer services and had a response by the next working day, and swift return and refund arranged. The service was that good and strapped fot time i still ordered the correct hoses from these.

I cannot fault the company for anything, 100% recommend and I'll all ways use these going forward. Unlike alot of companies and even my local ones now they arent a rip off.

Keep up the great work! And I'll pass the recommendation on.

Unethical & Targeting the vulnerable

So, I came accross their Facebook page and sat on it for a while. Because in general, gambling is a scam in one way or another. Because EVERYTHING has a mechanism about it. But I believe online is even worse, because you dont know what is actually going on behind h the scenes. Anyway, I digress, lets go on to why its actually a one star.

Firstly, they promote themselves, stating they are doing it for SEN children. What, when in reality 5% is going to SEN. If that, the Facebook page is just full of promoting winners with the odd post sandwiched in of someone trying to talk about their SEN child which no one sees as they are just flooding the page with winners post...why do you think that is? To get struggling SEN parents, alot of whom are single and struggling to think they can be a winner. You see it all over the page "spent my last £14 and won this".

Now, you see others spending the last of their money in the hope of winning something to get them through to payday. Its just WRONG and exploiting people, not helping anyone at all. The page needs closing down. Or maybe promote more of the SEN children side rather than rinsing people. You've literally got admin on the page and people gambling in the early hours? Posting about it, how bad can it get?

Now, I'll move on a little to people saying its a scam. As I said prevously, gambling is a scam, unless its results based such as football. As that, is also part knowledge based. So, I won £32 and some cash backs 60p's here and there. I wasnt playing to win big, and I am not down I put most of it back in to see how it would go. Now, in my opinion they give you a few wins as a new member, then it slows off to nothing. So you keep on playing, thats where they get you. I aint so stupid and won't be putting anymore in, as I said I just wanted to test this to give an honest review.

On to payments, I work in the financial industry and if you've registered your "business" under the gambling authority. This is identified when trying to pay with a "Mastercard"...more specifically Credit Card. This website is clearly listed as something else maybe even a charity? Because they ALLOW people via a Credit Card to gamble. Wrong, so wrong.

You only have to look on public house they change their registered business office more often than I chance my socks. Also, the books dont add up to me which you can also look at on public house. Yes, there are overheads, winnings to pay out ext. But there is no way thats all thats being earnt.

Honestly, stay away, report the facebook page to Facebook. Let their terrible screening make judgement on how ethical that page is. They, also, need reporting to the gambling commission. Because these are not correctly registered.

Now when this company may claim to support SEN and "change lives"...this is done of the back of other people's money. So, effectively, its the vulnerable and exploited that are changing others lives. Not this "company". Yes people can set "limits", but what sort of tool is that for an addict or vulnerable person, it really isnt.

Stop supporting this sham. This being an impartial review.

Disgusting attitude the advisors have…

Disgusting attitude the advisors have on thr phones. I was due a delivery of a tent today, was told it was out for delivery to then recieve another text saying it was delayed and wouldn't be delivered until Monday. It's a tent and we go away tomorrow, I told them this and was passed around twice, then told I need to speak to their "ecommerce" part of the business in which they have "no contact with". Tried to fob me of with a number I'd already tried which is automated and she didn't care just started repeating herself.

I paid for next day delivery for a reason! I then wouldn't have minded driving 50 minutes to collect it of my own back, but I can only book to collect for the next working day, what use is that exactly? I tried to get a number for the collection centre to make sure its there so I can get it today. Guess what its the same useless number it calls.

They purposely make it difficult to contact them about deliveries because they are that bad they'd be inundated. Honestly if anything is being delivered by these. Don't bank on your paid for next day delivery.

And to return to the staff on the phone, get some people skills and customer service ones while you are at it.

Daylight Robbery

Complete joke of a company, they force you to sign up to watch the boxing. So you pay for the boxing and they then charge you for the subscription. Trying to cancel is made difficult. I'd completely avoid using these for ANY service completely robbing took £25 out my account. On top of a charge for the boxing, won't be using them again, have to con people to earn money.

First Order

I had been looking for ages for the glasses I wanted in ASDA. They appear to have stopped selling them, I googled what I was looking for and ended up on this company website as I'd never heard of them, I come to the good old trusty trust pilot where I have never seen such amazing reviews and high rating.

I ordered 2 sets of glasses and the quality of the service and products are just amazing. Less than 24 hours from order the glasses were with us. Impressive from start to finish will 100% return to order. Highly recommended.

FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME

Where do I start, awful experience.

Firstly, I ordered and it said it would be delivered next day delivery to the store selected. Following day I get an email to say there was a problem, but don't worry you'll get it before Christmas check with your store.

I leave it and no more emails to say it was there. Spend total of an hour to get through and be told my order was "on hold". They'd basically incorrectly discounted a bottle of aftershave and they send me that lousy email and just leave my order. I agree to a refund on the bottle and my order to be sent, days went by and still no packed and sent email, as I'd been advised I'd get.

Again, spend another 30 minutes to get through to be told still hasn't moved she'll send a next day delivery request. I now recieve an email saying my whole order has been cancelled, these were Christmas gifts and leave people in these situations. Ridiculous, laughable and joke of a company. I'm not going to bother again with these, couldn't arrange a ....in a brewery comes to mind.

Shocking service

Shocking, most pointless service. I applied for a weekend only job via this company, I never heard anything back about it. Instead they started bombarding me with texts and emails about other shift rotations at the same place.

They ask for way to many documents for a company that isn't really that good. Poor website and user portal, once you are off it, its near impossible to get back on the same page.

Removed as much data of mine as I can, I would be greatful for a full wipe of my data. Genuinely don't trust this place. What a waste of time even signing up.

Great concept, poor execution

The concept is great, but the execution is poor.

I had 4 deliveries from this company.

1) All delivered as ordered, my bread did get eaten by a bunch of birds. But my fault for living in a flat. No complaints.

2) Order delivered, empty bottles left.

3) Order not delivered and empties not taken. I had to dispose of these myself due to not being able to keep 10+ bottles any longer.

4) Only had half the order and they'd put it in the flat communal area rather than following clear instructions on where to leave it therefore could not say if the other half was stolen or not.

Overall the products are great, But to have so many issues with service is shocking, the while 'save on plastic' USP isn't executed as they never once took any of my empty bottles. Customer service is OK, but doesn't come across as sincere. Shame but they need to get their act together unfortunately. Cancelled and won't be returning. Considering the times we are in I was willing to pay more for fresh produce but the service just wasn't worth it

Delivery driver was great

Delivery driver was great, couldn't get his van/truck in the car park so had to bring it all accross the carpark and on to our first floor flat. What a legend of a delivery driver can't fault the service. The tracking didn't work though, every time you hit search nothing would display. But happy overall.

Do not get stuck with these.

Absolutely shocking speeds on the Internet, when it works that is. They just get you to manually reset the router or move it around. Found a spot it worked for 4 weeks, then just stops. They then just send you to the 3 store, what sort of service is that, only 3 months in to a 24 month contract and now stuck. DO NOT join three, these service providers need a proper governing body like financial services and housing to stop them ripping people off blind and providing this shoddy service.

Very very good

I have had a Very account since I was 18, so nearly 10 years now, and have made just over 100 orders. I can honestly say I have NEVER had any problems, quick deliveries and returns, even over festive periods. On the odd occasion when one of my items never arrived, swiftly identified it seemed to have been lost in transit and refunded. Very competitive prices on most ranges. All I would say, loyal and long term customers should be rewarded with unique discount codes from time to time. Other than that, keep up the good work 👍

Terrible

Terrible, they do next day delivery promos and they never deliver anyway...just seems like it's a sales game, yet they don't deliver on their agreement. To contact them is to email? Then you get a poxy response, prices are set at what they are for a reason. Can't fault their returns, other than that they are terrible, delivering through Hermes..They are shocking.

Terrible

Terrible, didn't order for a while, sent me a letter with a promotional code, stating they were going to close my account in a week if I didn't order. The code didn't work, was on hold 45 minutes, the line cut of. I called again to be advised I needed to call an 0844 number, to make the order and apply the code, asked to speak to a manager, again the line cut of, called again...Guess what? Got through to someone half way through my account number, the line cut off again!

Had a voicemail message stating she'd call me back in 15 minutes and she didn't....an hour later, disgusting service, I am glad they are closing my account. They do not appreciate business from a customer who had made many orders prior to this. Complete joke! I wouldn't bother with this company. Their sister company Very, can be just as bad 68 orders in 6 years, and all they can say when something doesn't work on their side...is sorry we can't help. Yet, the code is clearly valid and emailed to me. Just want your money and want to do nothing when you need customer service, honestly wouldn't bother.

Average Service

When enetering ScS it is easy to be overwhelmed with the choice on offer, meaning if you don't exactly know what your looking for you can be convinced in to buying something for a fortune and leaving with a heafty bill. I believe the finance aspect of the organization could be explained more clearly, not only on the website but also instore, you have to dig for information which doesn't help. I also believe as a first time customer you should be exlpained the breakdown of prices for what you are paying for, where as I had to go away and work the prices out to exactly what I needed and return with what I wanted.
