Good experience so far. Slight problem with the chair and offered to replace it. The remote had more buttons than the pictures showed and my 95 year old mum struggled so they recommended a different chair which they will send after the return
We love our girl in there collars and harnesses. We had a slight problem with one that was slipping loose, a lot to do with her puppy coat but they were super helpful and sent us a different type to try at no cost. It was much better.
Always a good experience with Jet2, flight was great and pretty much on time, the hotel Olympic Lagoon in Paphos is superb, from food, drink to entertainment. thanks again Jet2
Product are ok ish, some good some bad. However before ordering check what you are agreeing to. I thought I had unpicked boxes for a monthly discount and discount of my next purchase but no. Suddenly my credit card is being charged and even after complaining and them saying they would refund me 3 weeks ago they haven't. I have had to cancel the credit card and report them. Avoid
In reply to your response below you have already told.me this by email 3 weeks ago and promised the refund of all these and also said the monthly subscription will be cancelled. It isnt and you continue to try to take money hence me having to cancel my card to stop you. My transactions were 82849 and 82405 as proof inpurchased off you.

Great hotel, great staff. Booking an a la carte restaurant is a joke as when you arrive you try to book and they have nothing for the week you are there particularly for the steak restaurant. We spoke to the hotel regarding this and found out that each restaurant only seats 6 tables at a time which seems a very low amount given the size of the hotel. Drinks could be a little better as in premium brands but on a whole great hotel.
Took a few days to get round to the repair which isnt great if you have no heating or hot water in winter. The repair went well and the engineer was great but given they advertise to do repairs the same day as much as possible and it was going to be 6 days before they could come until i pushed and they came in 3

I did get my review of the dental practice I visited published eventually but I had to ask why it wasn't published. It seems very hard to leave a bad review and other comments seem to reflect that
