Appalling Service

We had booked the pick up and disposal of our old bed, and the delivery of the new one. The two delivery guys refused to pick up the old bed until we insisted they ring Head Office, which they did. Then they said that it was 'impossible' to get it down the stairs - took photographs to prove their point and then sent them through to their Head Office. When my husband pointed out to the woman at Head Office that this was absolutely ridiculous and OF COURSE the bed could be moved down the stairs, she became very rude and belligerent. The delivery men then left, my husband and I move the bed ourselves down the stairs in about five minutes, took a photo to prove it, and sent it to their head office. My husband is 75 and I'm 62 and we did it no problem at all. Basically, lazy, rude, and incompetent staff at BJS.

Great problem solving

I ordered the wrong size. They answered the query immediately, provided a solution that was quick and super easy to follow, and my replacement order was shipped the same day. Couldn't ask fro better service!

Incredible Professional Service!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong power lenses (duh) and immediately contacted Vision Direct customer service. Not only did they reply straightaway, but they sent me a postage label to return the lenses. Within a day, there was a pick-up service chap knocking on my door to collect the parcel (!!) and I got a refund for the full amount. STUNNING service!!

Rude, Unprofessional, Untruthful

I asked to view a property. The agent was over 10 mins late. We asked numerous questions, both verbally and in writing. I didn't receive any acknowledgement of the email or any reply. I asked again in writing. Received a response - the majority of the answers bore no resemblance to the truth. I challenged them. They blamed the Vendor. I asked to see the property again, the same agent was 10 minutes late. We asked to walk around the property (without him on our heels the whole time) - he replied 'what can you have to say that you can't say in front of me?' We put in an offer. No response. No acknowledgement. Nothing for three days. We put in another offer. Complete silence. Telephoned and asked to speak the Branch Manager. I was told he would ring me back shortly. Zero response.

Could have been five stars...

Two of the three telephone customer services staff were brilliant: helpful, courteous and very, very friendly. However, one of the staff answered the telephone in a world-weary, irritated fashion, sighed when I asked him a reasonable question, and basically couldn't wait to terminate the call. Had the price not been so competitive I wouldn't have bothered with the company again.
