My colleague went to the Trafford park branch to pick up some super glue. She is 27 and a director of the company. This a regular order the female Employee refused to give her the super glue that doesn’t contain any solvents. Her justification was she didn’t know what she could do with it. Implying that she may use it for I don’t know what as it doesn’t contain solvents. She then followed up by saying tell Mr Boswell if he comes in I won’t sever him and if he tries to put the order through again I still won’t sever him. I’m 57 🤯. I had no alternative but to go to Screwfix. During that trip is was knocked of my motorcycle causing several thousand pounds worth of damage All down to your employee.
Well done and thank you for being so diligent.
