Although I inadvertently bought the…

Although I inadvertently bought the wrong product and had to return it, I found the staff were very helpful in making the transaction easy. You don't find this level of service very often these days.

Excellent Customer Service

This company is the most helpful and pleasant people I've had to deal with for a long time. Even though I ordered a filter that didn't fit, they were very easy to deal with, and I got a very fast refund. Cannot praise them highly enough.

At the beginning of the year I decided…

At the beginning of the year I decided to have roof insulation fitted by this company, The product was to be Hybris Panels, that sit between the joists. The first pair of fitters made such a hash of it, that panels kept falling down. Fallowing complaints, another set of fitters were sent. their efforts to rectify made little or no difference, panels kept falling. I now decided to run cord between the joists to try and hold up the panels. This wa only marginally successful, panels keep drooping and falling. Another fitter was despatched with lengths of timber to try and stop the panels falling. Again with minimal success. Each time fitters arrived there were excuses involving not having the right tape, or having no tape on board, but in fact very little if any, tape was ever used, and the panels were under cut to the wrong size. Each time I called the sales director, many promises were made, but the results, when there were any, were useless. Now I have a roof with panels hanging down all over the place, all for nearly £5000. At this moment I'm trying to contact the firm to try again for a resolution, but they have decided not to bother to reply to my request for action. Furthermore, I had to make many requests before I finally got the relevant "warranty" etc which they now ignore.
If there were a zero star option, I would have used it.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, twice now they claim to have been to my address to pickup recycle Nespresso pods. Twice they haven't been, even tho' they inform me that they're coming.

Poor delivery experience

Delivery driver didn't bother to shut gates properly, hence dogs escaped. Not pleased.
This was a delivery from "Nespresso", and on previous occasions they also took away to recycle, empty pods. This driver showed no interest in that, claiming it was someone else's job.

Flabbergasted.

Called to request a new indoor smart meter, previous one broke. A bit of a Pfaff getting a replacement, and I was asked the ins and outs of a cat's bottom. Then I was told I'd have to pay £30 for a replacement, and it could arrive anytime this millennium.
However, I started asking other unrelated questions, and the guy was very helpful, even though he was training. He even said he'd call me back the next day...........and he did! my gast has never been so flabbered.

Cancelling Tracker

Due to age and infirmity we had to relinquish our caravan, and so informed "Tracker". They could not have been more helpful, and I would happily recommend them to anybody.
