Flabbergasted.

Called to request a new indoor smart meter, previous one broke. A bit of a Pfaff getting a replacement, and I was asked the ins and outs of a cat's bottom. Then I was told I'd have to pay £30 for a replacement, and it could arrive anytime this millennium.
However, I started asking other unrelated questions, and the guy was very helpful, even though he was training. He even said he'd call me back the next day...........and he did! my gast has never been so flabbered.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you were able to get a replacement smart display, albeit following some questioning. I understand your concerns about the cost of the replacement and this is something I can look into for you.

I'm pleased to hear that the advisor in training who dealt with your concerns upheld their promises to call you back as agreed.
