Good quality boxes, packaged securely and delivered on time.
You'll find their prices hard to beat, definitely recommended.

Arrived on time, driver delivered to the doorstep with care. I can't speak for any handling prior to this, as there was an issue with the goods.
I'd tend to put that down to a manufacturing and/or boxing issue though, hence the 5 stars.

I booked a next day appointment online for US Transthoracic echocardiogram, which I attended at Worthing - Steyning Health Centre June 4th '24

My appointment was on time and Susan explained the process and the ECHO itself was very thorough.

I received my results 2 days later and they were very detailed.

I'd happily recommend Vista Health and they will be my first choice in the future, should the need arise.

Ordered the sofa online along with an extra cushion and bolster to give us 2 of each. The operator was extremely helpful and took his time, making sure everything was as we wanted.
On delivery day, we heard the dreaded words, "it's not going to fit through the door". We were a few inches out. The 2 guys were fantastic, and were determined to get it in no matter what. We looked at taking a window out and removing a fence panel, neither were an option. In the end, they carried the sofa up an alley and around to the back garden. They then, with the help of Steve, somehow managed to get it over the fence and into the garden. After that, it was in through the back door, where they assembled the sofa and snapped a photo of our Husky.
To be honest, we're still in shock that these two guys went out of their way to help us like that, they definitely went above and beyond what was expected of them.
We've since ordered two footstools to match the sofa, can't wait for them to arrive. Again, the operator was very helpful. She made sure we'd picked the correct type and materials to match our sofa.

OK, so it took a while to get the thing up and running, a few cancelations here and there. That aside, customer service and the guys on site were second to none, excellent service all round.
Kevin, who brought the cable indoors and fitted the box, done a great job. We were up and running in no time.

Great, if buying an item sold by Amazon. No support at all, if buying an item from an independent seller. If you have any issues with returns and refunds from an independent seller, the best course of action is a bank card chargeback, then they'll have to act to get money from seller.
Useless chat function with no way to record chat, I'd advise people to video the chat as a way of keeping a record. End chat whenever you ask for help and leave you out of pocket, a total disgrace.
Sadly, Amazon has definitely gone down hill.

Arrived damaged, bent and unusable, and definitely not as described as per their photos. Trust Pilot reviews sums up the seller perfectly.
Amazon advised that I return at my own cost and that they'd refund shipping, they did not.
Paid for the return insured, tracked with signature. Have a carrier photo as proof of delivery, seller saying not received. Amazon no help with this either, cut off chat whenever I ask about it.
Have now had to contact my bank, will also be contacting Trading Standards, may contact The Daily Mail.
Definitely stay away!

Edit: Got our money refunded via bank chargeback process. I'd advise others to do the same.

Used click and collect to pick up some paint, went easy enough. Homebase happened to have the best offer on at the time, hence using them for this purchase.

We've wanted a portable pizza oven for a while now, but were always hesitant due to the prices.
Spotted Woody and after a lot of research, decided to take the plunge and ordered their pizza oven along with the gas adapter.
The oven came with a free peel and cover, saved having to buy those.
We received our order the next day, sadly the stone had a crack in, so contacted Woody. Customer Service gets top marks, they were very apologetic and we received a replacement stone the very next day.
Setting up and seasoning/curing was easy enough and as we're using gas, this little beast hit 400-450 in a few minutes.
Made our dough the day before and I must say, the pizzas were fantastic, cooked in 60 secs max.
We're looking forward to trying out other fuels in the future, but so far we're very pleased with how the gas adapter performs.
If you're thinking about getting one, just do it!
Highly recommended!
