Great service, but I found it expensive

Pretty expensive for just the mod, shop around if you want a kit.
Thought I'd ordered a kit, ended up with just a mod for the same price as a kit I'd ordered elsewhere, the week before.
My mistake, should have paid more attention.
Shipping was prompt, but I paid for next day. Packed well.

Disappointed

Ordered on the 17th Feb, finally received items on the 1st March.
Items weren't in stock [didn't say that online] so a delay to begin with, then parcel never arrived. One minute is was sent by Hermes, then it was Royal Mail, no tracking number supplied.
Resent goods via Hermes with a tracking number and finally received the goods on the 12th day.
Emails were polite enough, it's just a pity it took so long to receive my order.
Not bad enough for under 3 stars, but sadly not good enough for more on this occasion.

No complaints, recommended.

Read a few negative comments, but as I'd used them a couple of years ago [before the new TPD regs], decided to use again.
Have so far ordered twice, both orders were the gold packages.
For the money, the juices are fine, have no complaints. Some you're going to like, and some you're not.
Ordering is straightforward and delivery is fast.
I'd definitely give it a go, there are plenty of flavours to choose from, just don't moan when you dislike a few.

No complaints

Needed a few Zinsser products and this was the only company that had everything in stock, it was handy them being the cheapest too.
Goods arrived promptly and I was happy to see each item sealed with tape to prevent leaking in transit. Very impressed that each item was also bubble wrapped and shrink wrapped.
I'd definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Best mattress ever!

We recently purchased an Artisan Naturals King Size medium feel mattress from John Ryan by Design and we're thrilled.
We've never spent this much money on a mattress so were very hesitant and thought about it for several months, but after much research, we decided to take the plunge.
It was delivered within the month and the 2 couriers took it upstairs to the main bedroom, we left it at that as we wanted to remove and bag the old.
We thought it best to use it for a month before leaving a review, wanted to allow it time to settle as advised.
The 1st few weeks we thought that we'd been delivered a soft instead of a medium, because it was very soft. It still is, but has now settled down and is the most comfortable mattress, either of us has slept on.
The outside is beautiful, the material and workmanship is excellent. The inner layers of padding feel lovely, and also keep you very warm. It’s like sleeping on a cloud but with the support you need to guarantee a good night’s sleep.
Anyone thinking about buying one of these, do it. You won't regret it.

Excellent prices and service.

We found this site looking for a white towel radiator, happy we did.
Nearly bought one for more than double the price elsewhere, there was no need. The one we bought dishes out well over the required BTU for the room, was easy to install and looks great.
Delivery was prompt and emails kept us up to date, and Customer Service responded promptly to a query we had.
Very pleased and highly recommend this company, we'll definitely look here first in the future.

Good and bad

I've ordered a few things from Ebuyer, always drawn in because of the price, if they happen to have a product I'm after at the time.
My gripe is the free delivery taking about a week from placing an order. It's not that it takes a week that annoys me, it's the fact that they sit on the order for about 5 days before shipping it, they're obviously charged the same courier fees, because you get it within 48 hours.

Excellent service

I ordered a pair of trousers and they didn't fit so swapped for a size smaller and then again for a size smaller.
Sadly I had to settle for a refund as none fit, but I can't compliment Heinnie Haynes enough on the way they handled each return and exchange and finally my refund.
I'll definitely use them in the future and can't recommend them enough.

Disappointed...

This is our first time ordering frozen items that were to be delivered using UK Mail, we're pretty disappointed.
Our box was obviously handled quite roughly as the EPS box inside the cardboard box was badly damaged.
Luckily no food was beyond saving so at least nothing was lost.
Goods need to be treated with respect at all times, something I hope happens in the future.

Terrible!

We used Asda a few times in 2014, first delivery was on time and the driver was polite. That was the only time things went well, from the second delivery onwards things went downhill, drivers were rude and never on time.
The last straw came in December when our delivery didn't show up at all and we had to walk to the store and ask the Duty Manager what was going on. The driver had apparently parked the truck full of groceries and quit the job without telling anyone.
The Duty Manager kindly picked our shopping and a security guard gave us a lift home. When we got there we discovered items missing and unacceptable replacements so again walked back to the store, this time carrying the unacceptable replacements.
When we handed over the unwanted goods and got some of what was missing, the Duty Manager gave us a bottle of fizzy as an apology and promised that the balance [just under £20] would be refunded and that a £10 voucher would also be added to our account, neither happened.
We tried contacting Customer Service and they promised to look into it and issue the refund and voucher, again this didn't happen.

We now use ocado and are over the moon with their service.
