Avoid and use ANYTHING else, honestly...

Long story short.

I had 3 free payouts on my account with them (as I've been an active member for years, on a Premium subscription since, and currently in Chad reward level and spending 2000+ GBP monthly), and when I got the newsletter from them back in March about the new "reward" system, I initiated a free payout to withdraw some internal PLU to my external wallet (so I'll have the control over that at least).

Obviously, Plutus took the 30 days to complete the free withdrawal (I know that it the "up to" transaction time), and today now that my withdrawal has been completed, I receive an email saying the following:

"Dear Badluckboy,

Thank you for your patience while we had a closer look at your payout request.

We’ve now checked your account against the eligibility criteria for free payout credits, which include factors like account activity, transaction history, and wallet usage. In this case, your account didn’t meet the required thresholds to qualify.

We know this might not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we’ve made sure all reviews were carried out fairly and consistently.

At this point, the decision is final and further review requests won’t change the result. If you’d like to make a payout, you can use a paid payout option instead before the new Dynamic Rewards go live on 8th May 2025.

Thank you for your continued support,
Plutus Customer Service Team"

Now Plutus have just decided to remove my 2 remaining Free Payouts from my account with an invalid reason, so I can't do another free payout to my external wallet before the 8th of May deadline - very nasty to do this. Just to repeat, this was the reason I was given: "include factors like account activity, transaction history, and wallet usage".

I am (was from today) using Plutus daily, and spent well over 2000+ GBP on it monthly, so this is ...

I had experienced and swallowed some nasty last-minute one-sided changes from Plutus throughout the years, but this was the nail in their coffin for me.

If you wanna do a favour and save some headache for yourself, never interact with them. They will just rip you off wherever possible, not to mention their non-existent customer service. Average response 2-4 weeks, never resolved my fraudulent charge on this card (had to change due to no response in 2 months) etc. I have an endless list of issues, but this is already too long :)

RESPOND on the reply from Plutus.it:
We've also provided customers with 1M+ PLU rewards as a promo-refund for 6-month subscriptions. >> Got this, but abandond this whole story as after spending well over £30k in 2+ years ended up with a 0 gain and loads of headach.

Free Payouts were only given to customers who met clear eligibility criteria at the company’s discretion. >> I was given 3, 2 just disappeared for no reason but who cares ... PS: when you initiated a withdrawal there wasn't a confirmation (this would be the minimum in my opinon) or the withdrawal fee displayed, I just notied I got charge 100+ multiple occasions from balance, even though I had free withdrawals on my account.

All related support tickets have been individually reviewed and responded to in detail. >> My last ticket is 3 months and rolling, so .. yeah, ok :)

If you are looking for a high protein, gluten free low sugar option for your breakfast, don't go further. Give it a go :)

They have a good taste variety and really reasonably priced.

Never use them if you have any other option ..

Never, avoid them if possible. I got messages of attempted delivery .. when in reality it was not even attempted. My delivery address is a 24/7 reception (which is in the address also)

1 collection depo in the middle of nowhere, and next reschedule Monday. Epic after "attempting" the 2-day delivery on the 5th day.

I'll contact the seller as well, and provide this feedback hopefully, they will never use these "couriers" again.

Avoid this site.

Do not recommend using this site at all.

If you get a key that works, you might be fine. If it doesn't .. well good luck chasing them for a refund. I had enough after the 3rd email exchange with them.

1st asked for a screenshot of the failed installation, once provided asked for same with taskbar included.

I mean .. really? I will never use this again, and let everyone avoid this site.

Do yourself a favor as well and use anything else :) (many options)

Half people sneaking in with other's codes. Joke..

The complete lack of checking membership at entrance (when staffed or not, does not matter) leads to MANY double, triple users which means this gym is COMPLETELY packed day and night every day. Weekday, weekend, 5-6-7-8-9pm (sorry haven't tested after 10pm) always full with pack of youngsters swapping in groups.

Something (checking) has to be done, I am sure it would cut actual presence in half and make the gym actually usable. As it is now, it is not.

This is about the "new" one in woolwich.

Complete lack of technical support.

I used the app for a while without issue, it is a good thing to build a healthy minimal walking habit.

More then 3 weeks ago although it stopped converting steps to swc. Now the thing is that if you have any problems, don't expect any resolution or even an answer from support. You try your luck with faq (like reinstall, restart etc.), but none will help.

I reached out to both of their public email addresses, 3 weeks later no response (sent 1 email weekly). What can I stay, let's hope you are on the luckier side and it is working for you.

Personally I would not recommend this app at all due to the literally non existing support.

Completely unaccaptable delivery service.

I placed an order for a TV, which was supposed to be delivered on a Sunday. As I'm working on Sundays, I booked a holiday for that to be able to accept it. Just my luck, delivery was initially planned between 15:00 and 19:00 (they normally deliver between 7:00 and 19:00).

As we get closer to that time, the timeframe kept on shifting 15 minutes further every 15 minutes. I started checking their track delivery site around 17:30, which shows the drivers location. So the driver was at my building (right there) at 18:20. I was getting ready to open the door bla-bla. Then nothing, 10 min later still nothing.

Then on the map I can see they are heading off, I'm like .. what .. As AO.com does not have a customer service to contact regarding these "issues" (someone's wasted holiday, who cares?) all I was able to watch the driver to head back to their depot well before 19:00 (I guess it's in Croydon as I was able to enjoy to watch the whole journey).

My initial question at that time was, what could went wrong? I was at home, I gave 2 contact numbers, no one ringed me or ANYTHING. The driver was at my building well before 7pm (it was at my building at 18:20). So then what? AO.com did not provide contact numbers to them? The driver just head enough and thought call it a day?

I will never know as I was not updated about ANYTHING.

Next day (monday) it is marked for delivery between 7:00-11:00 (again without anyone asking if suitable or contacting me). As time went on, obviously delivery time also went 15 minutes further (usual story).

It felt like about the right time to call their customer service, as they are open at 8:00. Told the whole story to customer rep, he apologised and told me that it is not actually scheduled for today. I'm like .. super. Asked him: So would it be possible to book it for the next day or the day after to get it delivered between 7:00-9:00? (that is the time I need to leave to work, and can't book further holidays to accept a delivery) Couple minutes wait (guess contacted a supervisor?), then came back saying unfortunately he can not guarantee that or any time slot. All he can do is, booking it for the next day and the driver will call me 1 hour before the delivery.

In 2021, I strongly believe that this kind of delivery service is completely unacceptable from that point when people can chose a delivery day which is missed and then not being flexible at all. People book holidays for these and then not even trying to resolve the inconvenience caused by this? Last time I ordered from AO.com with home delivery was a couple years ago. Had the same problem with them always, but this time I'll remember not to order anything from them ever.

I know that this review won't go through.. Why would customers ever know the truth behind the completely random delivery and zero flexibility of resolving it from AO's side?

I am sorry to hear of the issues with your delivery, I can understand how disappointing and frustrating this experience would have been for you and is not the experience that the vast majority of our customers have come to expect from us here at AO.

Sadly we are unable to see what happened from the first attempted delivery from our systems but I can assure you that our team should always look to make contact before failing off any delivery and I am sorry if on this occasion this did not happen. I have asked that our delivery team look into this with the crew and investigate internally and any necessary actions are taken.

As much as our colleagues want to resolve the issues for you, we are also bound by certain logistical ties that mean that the resolutions that we can offer are limited and this in some cases does mean a delayed delivery and would mean that we are unable to offer timeslots that are outside our normal way of working. This also means that we do not set an expectation that we cannot keep to and means that any promises made can be kept but I can understand why this would be frustrating and please be assured that our delivery team are looking into all possibilities to improve our services in the future.

Look behind the low fees.

I would never recommend anyone to use them. If the low fee is what attracts you .. keep in mind that they will sit on your payment and most probably complete the transfer completely off time.

If they advertise transfer time 1-3 min, expect 1-30+ hours. They will actually do it once you start complaining or ask for a refund. Imagine that you wanna buy BTC at a given time and the transaction completes 10 hours later at a completely different price. What would you say?

Well, the worst part comes here. You can contact support, during the waiting time or after completion but all you will get (instead of a straight answer) is repeated & copied excuse emails. They have about 4-5 version, so not that difficult to bump into loop ..

The decision is yours, but keep this in mind and don't only look at the low fee and the quick advertised transaction time (which has _nothing_ to do with reality sadly).

Misleading customers is the worst thing any company can do for its reputation.

PS for Transak if reads it: Do not advertise something you do not keep, simple.

Good and bad ..

Selection online, prices and even payments scheduling deliveries went on very well like a breeze, but .. product installation is the opposite experience. Delivery persons complained from the second they arrived, haven't really installed the washing machine, not to mention the fridge freezer - which is about basically leveling it on the floor.

100% feels like wasted money, so think twice if you really need these "services".

We advertise that the Connection service for a fridge freezer includes the removal and taking away of the packaging, the leveling of the feet as required, and placing the fridge in situ ready for use. This was completed by our drivers, but as you are unhappy with the service that was carried out, on this occasion I have completed a refund of the £14.99 paid, which will be refunded from your agreement.

I'm afraid that we have no information of any issues with the washing machine, and the driver has uploaded a photo of it installed and pushed into position.
