Avoid and use ANYTHING else, honestly...
Long story short.
I had 3 free payouts on my account with them (as I've been an active member for years, on a Premium subscription since, and currently in Chad reward level and spending 2000+ GBP monthly), and when I got the newsletter from them back in March about the new "reward" system, I initiated a free payout to withdraw some internal PLU to my external wallet (so I'll have the control over that at least).
Obviously, Plutus took the 30 days to complete the free withdrawal (I know that it the "up to" transaction time), and today now that my withdrawal has been completed, I receive an email saying the following:
"Dear Badluckboy,
Thank you for your patience while we had a closer look at your payout request.
We’ve now checked your account against the eligibility criteria for free payout credits, which include factors like account activity, transaction history, and wallet usage. In this case, your account didn’t meet the required thresholds to qualify.
We know this might not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we’ve made sure all reviews were carried out fairly and consistently.
At this point, the decision is final and further review requests won’t change the result. If you’d like to make a payout, you can use a paid payout option instead before the new Dynamic Rewards go live on 8th May 2025.
Thank you for your continued support,
Plutus Customer Service Team"
Now Plutus have just decided to remove my 2 remaining Free Payouts from my account with an invalid reason, so I can't do another free payout to my external wallet before the 8th of May deadline - very nasty to do this. Just to repeat, this was the reason I was given: "include factors like account activity, transaction history, and wallet usage".

I had experienced and swallowed some nasty last-minute one-sided changes from Plutus throughout the years, but this was the nail in their coffin for me.
If you wanna do a favour and save some headache for yourself, never interact with them. They will just rip you off wherever possible, not to mention their non-existent customer service. Average response 2-4 weeks, never resolved my fraudulent charge on this card (had to change due to no response in 2 months) etc. I have an endless list of issues, but this is already too long :)

We've also provided customers with 1M+ PLU rewards as a promo-refund for 6-month subscriptions. >> Got this, but abandond this whole story as after spending well over £30k in 2+ years ended up with a 0 gain and loads of headach.
Free Payouts were only given to customers who met clear eligibility criteria at the company’s discretion. >> I was given 3, 2 just disappeared for no reason but who cares ... PS: when you initiated a withdrawal there wasn't a confirmation (this would be the minimum in my opinon) or the withdrawal fee displayed, I just notied I got charge 100+ multiple occasions from balance, even though I had free withdrawals on my account.
All related support tickets have been individually reviewed and responded to in detail. >> My last ticket is 3 months and rolling, so .. yeah, ok :)
