When we entered the Dreams Store off the A500 in Stoke on Trent, we here helped to choose a mattress without any undue pressure. The mattress selector technology provided a list of mattresses that suited our personal needs. Dom was very helpful and guided us through this process. We left knowing we had chosen an excellent product.
We have just been offered £25 for a full box of items. Box included cameras (1 was a Cannon), camera lens, binoculars, ladies rotary watch, copper kettle, brass jugs, gold necklace, silver plated crumpet warmer, etc. We didn't expect a huge offer but this borders on the ridiculous. Quite frankly, I wouldn't bother with this company.

I've just had a window repair by the Congleton branch, and I am well pleased with the excellent service. It was quick efficient and a reasonable price. The agent was friendly and gave us some very helpful advice. I am happy to recommend this company.
We have ordered several light fittings from Industville. They are stylish and very well made. Delivery excellent. Would definitely recommend this company.

Deliveries have been on time, sometimes early. The quality of the products seems good, but I'm not an expert. However I have noticed that they are slightly more expensive than other on-line sellers of the same products?
Speedy delivery and order was exactly as expected. Good service.

We placed an order with a company that uses APC for its deliveries. Order placed on the 1st July. We were not given a delivery date. Chased up the order a week later and were informed parcel had been delivered on the 3rd of July. On the 3rd of July we were at home all day - no delivery! Delivery was apparently signed for by someone we do not know, nor do any of our neighbours. I sent an email to APC on the 7th of July but received no response.Tracking no. 0165439.

We bought a Samsung tv and tv stand from Currys and arranged a fast delivery, installation and removal of old tv and packaging. Express delivery was £30. Installation and recycling of tv and packaging £55. The delivery arrived on time.Old tv was taken away but packaging was not removed, apparently we had to save the packaging for 28 days? Installer said they couldn't fit the stand, but after a quick phone call, they agreed to do it. However after a quick look they decided the screws were not the right ones for the tv. After they left we fitted the stand ourselves. The installation was very quick with very little explanation regarding computer connection or Samsung tv plus tuning of freeview stations. They said they had little knowledge of this model.

I recently bought a zoom recorder from gear4music. I am absolutely delighted with the product and the speedy delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gear4music, excellent company and great customer services.
Purchased a Sub Zero PA-P10X over a year ago and it has been an excellent product, but I did have some problems with the battery not appearing to keep its charge. I contacted Gear4music and it was returned, repaired and sent back to me in an impressively quick time.
We are delighted with the effectiveness and quality of our chain link curtain and would highly recommend.

The Cycas revoluta palm arrived in excellent condition and was well packaged. Included very comprehensive growing and care instructions. Would definitely recommend this company.
