The glasses are just what we needed.
My reason for 4* is 5hat I was not informed of the despatch until the day they were being delivered and I was away from home so then had to suggest a safe delivery place at the last moment.

The order was despatched immediately and one item was delivered within 2 days! Sadly the other items somehow were held back by the delivery firm and it took 2 phone calls to Hug at Home before the items arrived almost 2 weeks later!
For the staff at Hug at Home 5 stars!
For the delivery firm 2 stars hence my 4 star rating.

Found what I needed, it was despatched immediately and arrived within three days!

Very satisfied.

As always, an excellent service and both books bought were in very good condition one did not look as 8f it had been read!
