That was so painful, all I wanted to do was pay this months bill by card. The 2 apps I have neither can you pay by card, and so I phoned and the guy didn't even know the name of the app for customers to pay bills and no It's not just called toob. On the plus side the actual wifi seems ok I wouldn't say it's really 900mb even though it say's it is, seems around the sane as the Talktalk 150mb.

Spent a weekend getting documents together, then everyday for 2 days they ask for something else to then send me an email to say as thwy aee still wasting my time all tye alits are full but not to worry i'm on the list for 2026 lol.

It's not much better when you apply to work for these lot, started the application was told I could answer their very long scenarios at my pace and save as I go, then 2 days later my application has been wiped from.the portal.that I had to waste time setting up.

So I reached out to these lot who apologised for City Tours but only wanted to refund half my money, the reason well it turns out that I could have gone even though I would have been stranded on the way back to the hotel. Eventually they decided to refund me in full even though they calked It a goodwill gesture, I'm not to sure where the goodwill was for me to get back what I had in the first place. As for any compensation from anyone, I have no more then what I started with.

I purchased based a 2 piece matching suit from Primark Milton Keynes and the top half was faulty and out of stock so I was given a refund, the bottom half they refused to refund as they said that I could wear it with something else lol. Sadly this came from not 1 but 2 instore managers, so I contacted my bank to do a chargeback and It turns out that if a company refuses to accept a return then you can't get you're money back. The only way around it is to post the item back to the company at a cost of close to £4 as you need a tracking number, to then £5 as the shorts cost £9.

Amazon are keeping customers money for minimum a month before returning it, when returns are lost in the post after 3 weeks. So I will using Ebay from now on, after leaving this feedback warning future customers of Amazon, and tomorrow morning I will be doing a chargeback with my bank.

Filed 2 disputes in December one for Uber Eats delivering cold food, and the other one was a brand new item that Timberland refused to refund. Santander after losing the statements of truth on both cases refused to do the chargeback, and then requested more proof on cold food and a brand new unopened item.

My advice by all means withdraw money from Santander, but as there is a good chance that they won't honour any chargebacks pay for any goods using a different bank.

Useless signed up for that instant ink rubbish, only to find out after already printing 200 pages and spending £30 on black ink that these instant ink packages actually take up to a week to arrive. So I did that live chat to cancel the same day as sign up as on top of having to wait a week, it was meant to be a free 1 month trial. Well someone forgot to tell my bank as £16.99 went out the same day, I even told the woman from Epson that the printer was faulty and was returned after 4 days and she still didn't care.

They are offering to arrange car finance for cars with their sales staff stating they're imaculate, from a used car dealership called Raymond Smith Sales & Service based in Bedford. However the reality is that this garage is just Aurthur Daley, from hiding scratches that become visible after 3 car washes, and an A4 page that is meant to act as the service history but shows no work completed, hiden dashboard warning lights, in the end I spent on £169 on a full diagnostics test just for my own peace of mind.

CarMoney only refund £60 back towards diagnostics tests, and if It's not on that test like scratches being hidden to buyers then CarMoney will try to fob you off. Oh they will say that any problems will be repaired, but like their extended car warrenty that's not true it's just a play on words, so lisen very carefully and keep phonecalls to a minimum. Luckily I did my correspondance through email, and not over the phone and kept my pictures and videos of the car. So when they said that their garage Raymond Smith denied any wrongdoing, I had the evidence to prove otherwise even though It fell on deaf ears as It's one of their garages.

My advice firstly would be avoid these lot and never get their extended car warrenty, you can buy a cheaper one elsewhere and they like to play on words which means what you think would be covered they wouldn't cover anyway. Secondly if you read this to late and used CarMoney then report your problems by email, they will believe the dealership over you so to be safe at least get the full diagnostics test. Thirdly contact Consumer Rights within 6 months the car isn't as described and that's what you were paying for, as this car broker will just string you along without actually resolving your concerns. Lastly you were mis sold so contact your bank and raise a dispute, but check with your bank the timeline before It passes, a 5 year investment is not cheap so cover yourself.

After waiting 6 months for the winter leaves to be cleaned from the footpath, and the mess left by the pavement repair lot to of course only replace one slab I cleaned the outside up myself.

Just so happened that one of those council wagons that are meant to be doing just my job drove past, and the female passenger shouted nice job. I turned around and said It's a shame that you didn't do It, I only waited 6 months for what you get paid to do and don't.

So crooked, I left a review for Midsummer Tab in Milton Keynes saying how bad the experience was, I even said where a better experience was when I left and yet was told by Trustpilot oh no you can't mention that rewrite it. So I did and my review still didn't go live, oh no you can't say that you also had a bad experience the year before at the same place lol.

In the end I just told TripAdvisor that you print my negative review about Midsummer Tap, or I can leave a negative review about you. They still wanted changes to my review, so I ignored them and they also get a negative review.

Wow 90% negative feedback explains a lot like how some joker who can call himself a Financial Ombudsman had all the information from a chargeback case that I filed with Halifax, and yet 4 months later still wants to wait on further information for a slam dunk case in my favour. I had enough after 6 months and told him he was boring me and that I would be filing a complaint, about the person who was meant to investigating my original complaint about the bank lol. If all of that wasn't bad enough I then had fun with what they call a 2 stage complaints procedure against the Financial Ombudsman Services. The first stage was ignored by the joker who for some reason has to pass the complaint on to his manager like that's gonna happen lol, then when you complain again the manager this time sides with the joker shock horror. So you try the second stage which is customer services, who shock horror also ignore you. Then the last step if your still not happy is meant to be the independent assessor, and as we all know anything with the word Independent is gonna be anything but lol. Anyway you email her to be told that she can't do anything until you get a reply lol. The only good news is that it was for £70, like my dad always said a free service is a crap service and as usual he was right.

Timberland Milton Keynes, so I purchased some dry clean kit for around £20 but once I look at my boots I figure this ain't gonna work. So I phoned the shop and asked to return the item is brand new unused for a refund, I explained that I had lost the original receipt but that it was on my bank statement. So the shop assistant put me on hold and asked the manager, who said that I could only have an exchange. Well there is nothing firstly to replace it with, and secondly according to my consumer rights act a bank statement is fine as proof of purchase, and clearly this kit isn't gonna dry clean much of anything. Let's not forget I purchased this kit after all the marks still on my boots, after letting this shop wash my boots in the first place. I opened a dispute with my bank, to get my hard earned money returned.

Never again, so I save around £2 on a second delivery at the same time one was for £28 for hot food and the second one was from a grocery store fir around £20. So here I am waiting for my dinner and it turns out that the guy actually picked up my hot food first, so of course when he finally arrives with them both the £28 hot food order us cold. So of course I messaged Uber who refused to refund me for the hot food, so that app is now closed, and a dispute has been opened with my bank as luckily I paid by card. How saving £2 on a second delivery, is worth £28 of hot food arriving cold is beyond me.

A bus driver in Milton Keynes for Arriva, I would say firstly if you don't like marmite then you probably won't like your instructor. The pay is good, the buses are terrible as is the unsociable shifts. The good news is if you decide to be a bus driver, then everything you get told not to do in training your get away with once your qualified which takes about 2 weeks. My advice if your easily bored, is probably do something else.

Logged officially why It's called marmite for a reason, and who is going to tell the only 20 year plus instructor as a company we don't like marmite anymore. As a company if after all these years you have been having marmite and eating it, then your not now going to change to eating strawberry jam.

There idea of a goodwill gesture is that they actually refund you for faulty items in the first place, when I asked them for Amazon Prime free for a month after a few faulty items were delivered for my son's birthday. I even said that in that case I'll just shop on eBay where the postage is free anyway, and to be honest sometimes the prices of the items are cheaper anyway.

I will say some people will love It if you can laugh with the trainer and fellow bus drivers just to get on within the company, are happy to just nod and agree with what's being asked and said, enjoy very unsociable hours with even the training starting at 7AM yes you did read that right. The money is good if you don't actually start to think about your work/life balance, not fit for service buses that really you have no buisness in taking out, you've heard off the gossiping in an office environment It's no better with bus drivers. The Bedford depot really needs knocking down, my advice if you drive then join another company that offers the extra hourly rate and added perks. Even the holidays are more on the company's timetable then the dates that you want, with no sickpay even being paid for the first 3 days. In closing think of an expensive restaurant well this place is the same nothing is for free, join the union not cheap, sick pay cover ( after the first 3 days) not cheap, cover for death in service not cheap, company pension not cheap, added together and you will need to do the overtime which equals an even worse work/life balance.
