Quick and easy. Only drawback was lack of choice nearby to make return. Also a bit fiddly with the scanning and took several attempts. Still, much easier than printing labels, taking to a shop…. etc.

Appalling service. Don’t even go there. Switched a couple of years ago after being with the same bank for over 40 years. Biggest mistake ever. Absolutely no chance whatsoever of phone being answered, on line service unreliable and down again now for over 48 hours. Will be switching again very soon.
