Trip advisor - full of fake bad reviews

I’m trying to write a review for a restaurant in Italy and trip advisor have taken it down. 4 times. I’ve amended the review, added photos to improve its legitimacy and they even emailed me back ‘advising’ me (a no reply email I might add) that my photographs of the actual food I’d eaten were duplicates?!?! 🤣

If you want to put a fake bad review on their crappy website., well, crack on, regardless of whether this damages the business in question or not. Seriously, trip advisor is ran by woke spineless morons.

Wellington Street Q Park (Leeds Car Park)

Pros and cons:
Pros: I got a space

Cons: Very, very tight car park and ramps. I drive an Audi A6 and it was a terrifying experience using this car park. Coming in there's an ok amount of room through the main entrance then it all goes to pot. From the 1st to the 2nd floor there was literally inches to spare turning my car onto the ramps... seriously, inches. I felt like I was undergoing a driver exam or something - Bloody awful.

All the parking spaces are in groups of 3, and typically all the middle ones were occupied. I parked next to a nice looking VW Golf and there was no room at all on the passengers side to open the door (I didn't have a passenger so just as well really) I could open my door half way to exit the car before hitting the Golf's door (I did it gently!)

The lighting on the third floor was unacceptably dim, however the lifts were clean and well signposted.

Leaving was pretty much as bad as using the internal ramps... The exit ramp down gave me about 2 inches either side of my car to clear the abrasive looking brick wall and the jutted out, grey painted high kerb. I was so annoyed by how crap their design is, I took a picture whilst stationary on the exit ramp for you to see what I mean (Found out you can't put pictures on here!).

If you have a large saloon like mine, or a large 4x4... forget it, you're going to damage it unless like me you were very lucky! No way will I be using this car park again, and I'd recommend people choose another, more accommodating one.

Next console table = Crap.

I bought a marble top console table for £550.00 and it looks like something someone would fashion out of a lovely piece of marble and any old crap they can find lying around in their garage. It looks similar to the picture in the glossy online picture apart from one telling part - The cross member at the top connecting to the legs and marble top with rubbish looking 'L' brackets.. Judge for yourself. I've paid £550.00 for a load of crap. I've taken pictures, but they won't let me submit pictures on here for some strange reason... I'll add them to Google too...

Absolute tat.

First of all it took them 2 weeks to get the 20x20cm picture & frame to me. When it arrived, it was delivered by Yodel and true to form, the packaging was damaged. Then I took the picture and frame out to inspect it for damage... The back had no hanging options or an arm to stand on its own... really??? So I have to prop it against the wall I suppose??! To add to this, the clips in the back that push the cheapo backing into place to hold the picture in, weren't even fastened in properly...they were all upright and the picture could be pushed out easily... Tell your staff to push the clips into place, they're there for a reason. All in all, a rubbish experience and I won't be using you again or recommending you to anyone - Quite the opposite.

Super professionals

I initially dealt with Micheal and was then passed to Lorraine who administers all the cars via the relative dealerships. Both we great to deal with, however a special mention has to go to Lorraine who was available all the way up to NY Eve to help me with all my inquiries and she handled my requests promptly and professionally. Thank you so much Lorraine, you're awesome.

I would highly recommend Car Leasing Online and will be dealing with them again when my new car reaches the end of its lease.

I charged the EV work have forced me to drive at ‘Sainsbury’s Local’ car park in Bramhall and I overstayed my ‘welcome’ by 2 minutes. I received a £50 fine! Euro Car Parks are a disgrace, your company profiteers and leeches from motorists making you the lowest of the lowest kind.

First class service - Non-Iron White Twill Fitted Slim Shirt - Double Cuff

I ordered 4 of the Non-Iron White Twill Fitted Slim Shirt with (double cuff) on the Saturday night and paid the extra £5 for 24-hour delivery (Why not?) The shirts arrived first thing Monday morning at 09:30am in a professional Hawes & Curtis corporate coloured box, it looked fantastic.

I tried the shirts on and they fit perfectly, the thick twill is excellently put together, the collars have stiffeners in them already and the cuffs are 2 size adjustable. I couldn't be more pleased with my buying experience and I'll be returning soon.

Thank you to everyone involved in making my purchase with you a memorable one.

Removing AI minutes incorrectly

Couple of things - Firstly I edited a video from script to video and it was 6 minutes long. I asked the AI tool on the front screen to make the script 50% longer which it did - All good so far.

Then I discovered when I downloaded the 3 minute video, that I'd had 6 minutes removed from my plan on that video... I tried to contact them on Instagram to tell them I wanted the minutes back as they were part of my payment plan, but I got no response, like... at all... I can't find a contact number either which isn't ideal.

There's a couple of instances on Invideo where I've been advised at the end of a video creation (and I try to download the final cut) that I've used too many iStock images, yet I know that I haven't. Then I refreshed the page and hey presto, problem solved... again.

The software is really glitchy.
That said on a plus note it's very user friendly platform... and it has suitable options to make and edit a video quickly, but you really do need a contact email or something other than a useless FAQ page, which didn't address my issue or more to the point resolve it.

As well as this, Pictory AI offers more AI minutes (120) for $49 a month plan, whereas you only offer 100, and some of those you incorrectly remove too... not too impressive.

Appalling experience

Appalling experience
I booked a tower scaffolding unit with NTH having never done so before. They then gave the 'job' to HSS Hire. HSS hire turned up with a tower that had 3 ladder sections and 2 side sections. Now I'm not Isambard Kingdom Brunel, but even I know you can't build a tower with 5 sides!

I called HSS Hire as their info was on my phone and email receipt and got through to ‘a man’. ‘The man’ was helpful, if not quite capable of grasping exactly what I needed. After explaining what I needed he said he'd send the additional part out to me, but I wouldn't get it until Saturday morning. Saturday morning arrived and HSS turned up with a small safety rail... and nothing else. My reaction was to ask the driver what the hell that was, and after explaining it to him, he suggested that I try putting it together with what I'd been supplied.

I like living, so I told him, that's not going to happen.

After trying to get hold of NTH on the Saturday (it took 20 minutes just to get their number) to tell them they'd made a mess of my order I eventually called HSS again and got through to an ‘aggressive chap’. The ‘aggressive chap’ works in HSS Hire at St Helens, and it has to be pointed out that he tried his hardest to have an argument with me about everything I said (really poor attitude) He took a great deal of pleasure in telling me that NTH always get jobs wrong and there was nothing he could do about it.

Basically of all the unhelpful, profoundly unprofessional people to get hold of on a Saturday when you need help - the ‘aggressive chap’ fits that bill perfectly. To cap it all, NTH called me at 2pm on the Saturday to see if everything was alright with the hire. I just put the phone down rather than hurl abuse at an unsuspecting complete stranger.

I gave up and called it a day. The job never got completed and I wasted £132.00

The collection driver advised me that HSS Hire had only received an order for 5 sections of scaffolding from NTH.

What an utter shambles.

Keep challenging my review, I will keep changing the wording to suit the censor team on this platform and submit it again and again so unsuspecting potential customers can truly understand what a useless, unhelpful rabble you lot are.

Toilets not serviced properly

Their staff are friendly but the guys that come out to service and clean the toilets change weekly. When they forget to change the water and you call the office, explaining that the hand wash has gone stagnant and stinks, they always say “oh, it’s a different driver on that run this week” and they’re very apologetic. Equally, when the blue chemical flush liquid doesn’t get changed properly and the toilet is being flushed using other people’s p**s, the same excuse is used. This happened 3 times in 4 months of using their service

Royal Mail are a dinosaur

Royal Mail are a dinosaur in an ever evolving consumer marketplace. Their Royal Mail 48 service is really poor. They have now missed 3 parcel collections and I have no means of contacting them. If there were other choices/companies to use with this parcel return, I would have used them. Keep it up Royal Mail and you'll be extinct in what I hope is a more progressive future, where companies like yours are held accountable for the sub-standard 'service' they provide.

Don't bother with an empty headed, souless response, it would be meaningless.

As a seller with almost 1,000 feedbacks, I can state without hesitation that eBay is no longer fit for purpose if you're a seller. I sold an item this week, it was delivered within 24-hours - And eBay have decided in their infinite wisdom that they're holding the payment back. I have more evidence of delivery that you can shake a stick at, but regardless of the facts, they will not pay out.

I won't sell anyhting on their crap platform ever again. eBay are a dinosaur and will be superceeded by companies that are easier to deal with.

EE are crap.

What is the point on operating a mobile phone company and then not providing a workable signal service to a well populated area (Bramhall, Stockport)
You're lucky if you get a couple of signal bars on 3G, 4G... Oh... 4G... That's but a distant dream.

I have complained to EE and sadly I was lumbered with a Geordie bloke as my 'case officer' complete with his bad attitude and 'can't do' personality. He literally made me jump through hoops to prove THEIR signal was crap, then added more to do's until I got bored of listening to his p**s poor grasp of the English language and gave up.

EE, let's get this right, offer one of the worst customer service experiences in the UK, so if you're weighing up which of the rubbish uK based mobile companies to go with, and you're basing it on just customer services... these lot are the worst, by a country mile and will take some beating to topple their dog s**t award for rubbishness.

I’ve been using an IMO car wash in Hazel Grove, Stockport for a few months, whilst not being delighted with their service or the levels of cleanliness my car has after I’ve used their services, I continued using this car wash.

Then I used it a couple of weeks ago and almost simultaneously I had £1.00 taken from my current account from a different car wash company based in High Wycombe called ANDuff Car Wash Limited, coincidence? I think not. It was literally within minutes as I got a notification on my phone’s online banking app.

Turns out, ANDuff Car Wash Limited OWNS IMO and ARC Car Washes... So my question to them over in High Wycombe (Over 165 miles from where I live), why the hell did you take £1 from my current account without my permission - There's a word for this and it's FRAUD... Simple as that.

Whilst the service levels from the employees at ARC Hazel Grove are borderline ‘can’t be bothered’, I’d be very interested to know if anyone else has had small suspect amounts of money removed from their bank accounts by ANDuff Car Washes Ltd after using either an IMO or ARC Car wash like I did?

I’d advise anyone using this companies group of car washes to only use cash, otherwise they will steal money from you and I can happily show Trust Pilot my bank statement, which also shows where I was refunded by my bank after reporting this as fraud.

These comedians at IMO said I might have a virus on my phone - The only virus is your organisation trying to steal from unsuspecting customers who use cards at your car washes. Shame on you, you're pathetic.

Terrible experience.

Our experience while dealing with Cuckooland was difficult and very challenging from start to finish.
Ordering items online from their glossy images was easy enough, no problems there. We kitted out one of our children’s bedrooms with all their furniture spending over £2,000.00 with them.

Then on the day of delivery, everything was delivered all at the same time on 2 huge pallets and that’s where the problems started. We found that the pictures of the furniture on the outer packaging did not contain the items that we found inside and to add to that, there were a few of the items that didn't come with instructions. Bizarrely, we also received incomplete parts to items that we hadn't even ordered.

The only way to sort this out was to unpack absolutely everything we'd purchased and try to match it up with pictures from their website. After doing this it became quite apparent that there were multiple items missing from our order, and to add to the confusion, they'd also send random parts to furniture we'd never ordered.

So, I wrote down all the items that were missing in a methodical fashion and sent Cuckooland an email. A Customer Service Agent from Cuckooland came back to us promptly the next day to be fair and stated that they would put everything right and that they were really sorry.

Then began weeks of emails and to and from Cuckooland mostly just to confirm details I'd put in my original email which really began to wear me down. Having to go over the same thing again and again is tiring and that's what was happening in each email communication.

Then 7 weeks later when the first replenishment of the missing parts arrived - They'd only replaced some of the missing items, not all of them and so the laborious process with them began all over again.

Their same representative asked if we could dispose of the random items they'd originally sent us that didn't relate to anything we'd purchased, which we duly did for them. Cuckooland kept stating that once this mess was all sorted out, they recompense us for our inconvenience. I told them that once this mess was sorted out, I didn’t want anything from them again.

This regrettable experience all ended a few months ago with the arrival of last of the missing parts completing Cuckooland’s obligation to us. This whole process started in July 2021 and ended in March 2022... taking a total of 8 months to fulfill an order.

Shame on you Cuckooland, your service and logistical operation are an utter shambles, and your customer service team lack the basic abilities required to resolve problems efficiently. Of course, you as a company will blame it on Covid, and on parts having to be delivered via suppliers in other countries etc, etc... I blame it on Cuckooland not being very good at what they do, nothing else.

Behind all the glossy images on your website, lurks a company that has ineptitude running through its staff and services from top to bottom. You mean well, of that there’s no doubt, but your entire business model comes with a massive shortfall in that it lacks the ability to resolve missing item issues swiftly. This is because all your stock is shipped from EU countries, which adds massive lead times to missing or incomplete orders and that impacts your customers massively.

Your future customers can decide for themselves, but I will never be using your services or any company affiliated with you ever again.

I am happy to present all communications with this company to TrustPilot as clear evidence of what I've stated above.

There are multiple reasons for the issues you experienced, and they do indeed range from lack of staff in the Polish factory due to Covid to shipping delays which were numerous and whilst you have mentioned that we may use Covid as a cover – it undoubtably did then and still does has a very negative hold over many businesses just like ours.

We are genuinely sorry for the frustration you felt at having to go back and forth with our team but there was further information that we needed to ensure the correct parts were sent and the member of our team who did her best to help you was simply trying to get this missing information from you.

When a customer places an order with us (big or small) we do our upmost to get the goods delivered as quickly and as smoothly as possible but when it goes wrong – as in your case, we certainly don’t shy away, ignore calls or try to push the blame elsewhere – we take it on the chin, assume responsibility and do the best we possibly can to put it right and that is exactly what we did here. Your order didn’t go to plan and we have lost you as a customer which is regrettable but we most certainly will listen to your points, take them on board and work even harder to be better for all our current and future customers.

I sold the car to a genuine buyer from…

I sold the car to a genuine buyer from Northampton, but the amount of calls I got from absolute cranks trying to knock me down on price before they'd even seen the car was a bit overwhelming. In the end I reorted to changing my voicemail asking them to leave a message... If they didn't, I ignored them, simle as that. I had no idea there were so many whoppers out there - Mostly from London.

I sold the car within 48-hours.

No great, at all.

Ordered a stretch canvass - The delivery was quite a long one at approximately a week from point of order online. When the canvass arrived the first thing noted was the poor resolution of the canvass. The file sent over was a 3.5MB picture so the DPI level on the image would have been more than suitable for a good quality end result, but alas that wasn't the case. The picture is dark and as you get closer you can quite easily see the dotted canvass. The muppet delivery driver also rang the bell once and walked off as fast as possible, so I had to chase down the driveway after him and give him a few home truths! I can’t say that I’ve been impressed with any stage of their sales process, and I won't be recommending or using again.
