Booked my car in for its annual service . Advised pick up would be between 08- 1030am it’s now 12:24 and no one has contacted me so I’m none the wiser . Last time I had a service I must confess I wasn’t exactly sure what they did other than fill up my oil and add water for my wind wipers .. I’m sure a service should be more than that but hey what do I know
I haven’t bothered to ring them as a follow up .. do you think I should or do you think it’s their responsibility to follow up with me?
Edit 16:14 - if I could give a score less than 1 star I would . I received a cancellation text at 14:27.
