A very fast sale , I think Simon was expecting me to be a bit more tech savvy than I am. I have a Sonos Alexa which needed to be disconnected to allow my soundbar to hook up but I got there in the end after a bit more frustration. Soundbar seems good although not have had the t v on much this week.

Flights were very good both leaving and returning. No delays possibly because it was a tuesday and less busy. Staff were very attentive and helpful and plenty of them if any help was needed. It’s a good experience going with Jet 2.

I received these gloves as a Christmas present and haven’t really worn them for any length of time. I thought they were going to be thicker but time will tell if they are any good or not.

I went onto the website to book flights as I had a voucher from my last holiday in november. I went through the whole process until the payment part but there was no provision for using my voucher. I went back and started again and the flight prices had increased. pretty poor show .

I have been with E.ON for many years now and they are always suggesting ways to change to their cheapest tariffs for my situation. if you are undecided about who to change too, give E.ON a try.

We had a really good holiday at Ole Olivinia in Lanzarote. Excellent food and value for money with entertainment catering for Adults and Children providing a good all round experience. My only complaint was the time wasted on the transport coach whilst waiting for arrivals from a Manchester flight. After an hour the driver appeared to give up and drove away. I understand you have to co-ordinate transport with incoming flights but waiting on a coach for over an hour is excessive.

I was a bit disappointed by the advert stating 20% discount then when you go to process the booking they start saying there are exceptions to receiving the 20% on the total cost. I still went ahead and booked as I think it's reasonable value.

I had to call out Toyota's roadside assistance which is handled by the AA. I wonder if they prioritise calls because I was not a breakdown on a road instead it was a call to my house because the car couldn't start. I waited almost 5 hours for Tom to show up but when he did, he acted diligently and got the car functioning again. Well done to Tom.

The grill element had become bent and engineer stated might be difficult to get another, due to age. New oven was required but choices given were basic so had to pay to get an upgrade. Having to wait a week for engineer to visit !
