Easy to order off the website and was kept informed of the delivery process . Nothing much needed to be improved. Product is as advertised.

Ordered a similar bed from another company . They informed me it was out of stick and couldn't provide me with an update of when to expect it . So I cancelled .
To add context , the bed was needed urgently due to Son getting married and his bedroom needing an update .
From start to finish Dusk we're superb . Bed ordered everything went like clockwork. Got informed of a date and time and hey presto one bed delivered and one happy customer . Best bit and need recognition are the delivery men. Two boxes turned up , asked politely....thats the key and they informed me of that , to take the boxes upstairs and they did . Hats off all round.
