This whole company from the customer service to the beautiful cards that say just what's in your heart , in fact they will write as much as you want in a card and not limit you to 500 letters or something. ( THATS a huge plus for me )Last week they sent me an email giving me £10 gift to use as I please on their site as I'd been with them 3 years..seriously? How many other companies look after their customers like THAT? I use them a LOT so much so that I have the 'Nice Things By Helena ' app on my home page lol I.use them that often.They are my ' go to' card people..don't need another ! Personal service and customer appreciation means a GREAT deal ..loyalty works both ways and they are SUCH a caring company .I used my £10 on 6 cards for 5 offer so win win for me .They email when the order is dispatched.No down side s and this month free postage too .One time I'd made a mistake on purchasing a card and they picked up on it amd sent am email asking is that what I'd intended to do ? ...it WASN'T ..so they refunded me .Honestly I.can't speak highly enough about this company amd their care for their customers and I DONT have ' spare' money so don't want to waste what I DO have !! Time of contact from them recieveing Dr's surgery email was almost immediate. Saw specialist in short period of time and put my mind at rest . Extra tests arranged and returned to see specialist for result in such a short time .Great experience from start to finish

Both were Bigger and sturdier than I though I bought the little one holds a deceptive amount of food and the big one even more providing a good lunch or desert pastry...I've used with wraps
and pastry.Pastry performs better for being left in fridge for a while.Really delighted with both .So easy to use and does what they says on the tin .Only held back by our imaginations

Not the 1 st time of reviewing my favourite company butbseriously I ordered an card and adult apron with wrapping for a friend.and she was OVERJOYED with the whole aspect of it.The card ,the beautiful quality wrapping of her gift and the delight of the apron and THAT was in the sale .I had sent it due to a sad happening in her life and was just a 'thinking of you' gift but as USUAL Nice Things By Helena turned it into sonething greater even.Its the reason I keep them on my home page...you should too you won't need another card / thoughtful gift company 💖

These guys were ace.Kept me informed and I was able to track them to the door.Didnt get their names but they were professional ,polite , sense of humor ,respectful of my flat , disturbed nothing other than what needed removing.Were speedy and thorough . A staff memeber called BENN was knowledgable , professional, human, had a sense of humor amd didn't pressure me but made me feel valued and because of him I was determined to make a purchase in the Currys store in ASHFORD kent .He answered whatever questions i had regarding my intention to purchase the Panasonic washing machine and he took the trouble to find out smaller things on line that he couldnt immediately amswer . He couldnt have been MORE helpful and was just a lovely friendly human being who obiously is a 'people person'.My decision TO purchase was mainly down to him being a genuinely nice guy.Yes I needed to purchase a washing machine but theday before I'd basically been ignored in another store ,yet I was there to make a big purchase. Helpfulness and friendliness counts a lot more with me than someones 'selling techhnique' ,yet those too were brilliant . I left the store thinking what a nice guy amd not so much about my new washing machine but at the end of the day I bought one and felt good about it .The human touch is STILL a vital element to me of making a purchase .Well done Benn and Currys, you're fortunate to have Benn as an ambassador for your company 😇
